This location used to be good. I decided to get my kids some food a couple of days ago and I spent over $30 at least. I ask for bbq sauce and was charged 0.32 for 1 sauce! They have mostly kids working there with very limited customer service skills. I took my young son last night to try the new wrap and long story short, he has to miss school today because he has been on the toilet since he ate the food. The chicken portion was very small and the burrito shell was huge. It’s not worth &2.99 at all. Just shut the place down!
They put lots of mayo on their whoppers. Good tho.

Friendly staff at the counter and fast service. There are times the line looks long but they are hustling inside. This Burger King quality and service puts most of the other locations in Rockford to shame!Consistent quality. Fast and friendly staff.
