I placed a mobile order there today around 1120-11:30am. I pulled up to the drive-through and there was someone sitting there. I sat there for around eight minutes before I realize the person wasn't even ordering. I think their car was dead or something so I pulled around to the window to tell them I had a order. I waited another 3 to 4 minutes and a man came to the window and said we're not taking orders. You gotta come in and shut the window and I said I already placed an order on the app I'm just here to pick it up and he said you had to come in. I said I can't come in. Can't you just take my name and he said no sorry and shut the window. Now I have to wait 5 to 7 business days to get my money back! Quick to take the money but not quick to give it back when it's their mistake!

I just stood at the counter for 15 minutes and was ignored. Then another guy walked in behind me and they took his order and still ignored me waiting at the counter. It sucks this is the only location I know of that still has a children's playplace because I always have the worst experience at this location.

Worst BK I've ever worked at. Terrible management. Got fired via text cause I got pneumonia and couldn't work for a week. The place is disgusting with charred and greased hood vents and floors. Soap for dishes does not work properly. Everything is half as broken. Let food sit for hours before rotation. Do not spend money here if I was you.

I went thru drive thru the guy tht took order was very kind great customer service. Paid for my food 49$ may I add and they processed to hand me my food I hade 2 meals 5 sides they crammed everything into a little bag like I order a jr burger oh nooo than I check the bag in missing 2 items and everything was burnt. The manager was nice enough to make everything fresh but tht kid in the front he needs more training or to be fired very disappointed and was on his phone more than helping his crew

HORRIBLE!!!!! Attitude to the fullest!!! Please invest on your staff. The workers look and treat customers as they feel about their job. It's sad to see that. I ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches all smashed, and wet like they have been sitting there all morning. With only 2 workers one taking the drive thru orders and payment, the other employee making the sandwiches. When I walked in requesting my refund or my order made fresh the two employees had a horrible attitude. The cook had no facial expression. The one who took my order and payment snatched the bag and threw it in the trash can aggressively. Walked away with no comment. Returned with my cash refund. So we drove all the way to S. Alpine BK and absolutely amazing service. A HUGE difference. The manager and the employee who was training deserve 5 stars! Customer service skills starts with MANAGEMENT!
