I do like burger kings food. I prefer the grill taste on their burgers and they offer onion rings (and really good onion ring sauce).BUT.... I've never been to a burger King where I can say the employees are super nice or super fast.I heard that BK was going out of business...which is a shame.I wish they would've known it wasn't the food or quality but rather the service that made most people go to a different fast food drive thru!!!Maybe better training and mgmt could've turned things around!

I don’t eat much BK but I was looking forward to a mushroom melt. The sandwich came with cold mushrooms and lettuce? I didn’t even think the melt was supposed to have lettuce. I sucked it up and ate it. Won’t be back.

What happened to your whaler sandwhich--ole school???? Your mcdonald's fish sandwhich was "ok", at least it was freshly prepared. Your whaler was much better and distinguished your brand better Burger King.

This burger kkng totally sucksYou tell person at counter how you want your burger nope thats not what i ordered she goes i have to talk with my manager 25 minutes go by come to find out she left to go home. Ohh i was pissed $16;61 for 2 sandwiches that they got wrong

i call this place at 10 pm on thursday and nobody pick up the phone and when i get there and ask why they didn’t receive any call. i get an answer phone is in my pocket by dupree or tupree whatever. and then after i tried to call in front of her at the place of drive thruway she was saying me that someone is on call so she can’t able to answer but i am getting rejection from front person. and she was so rude at me. i used to be a front desk manager and this is not the way i treat my guest as especially if i am a manager. if this property need any good customers they need to replace there manager bcoz i never expected this behavior with burger king. i usually order through door dash and it was my mistake that i came direct here. hope they review this coment and make any decision regarding this. i am not gonna come back here any time. thank you burger king

Messed up my order 3 times then the kid tried to make it better by giving extra sandwiches then the manager came out demanding the sandwiches back being rude as can be all because they messed up our food 3 times and we asked for it to be corrected young kids shouldn’t be allowed to run a restaurant that don’t want the

Food was ok for eating!!! Bacon breakfast sandwich had 1/2 slice of bacon. Hash browns were either cooked in the dirtiest oil or dropped back in the oil over and over ! Sausage breakfast sandwich was burnt, and the egg on the sandwich was just a slice of the egg. I literally threw it all in the trash! I wasn’t good enough for any animal! So so gross!!

Ordered two Whoppers, first try with Burger King again after about a year. Asked for NO Tomato's on both sandwiches and both sandwiches were marked NO Tomato's. Both Sandwiches had Tomatoes
