Absolutely terrible. I could go on and on. A bunch of lazy teenagers running the whole place. A young girl played chuck e and she made it obvious it was her and she just stood there around the kids. When we ordered our food and points and we are if there was any deals on the app and she said no. Our total was 160$ and then after we checked the app and there was a family deal for more than we got for $50. All employees sitting around with headphones on. They close at at 9 and we all lost track of time, no warning or about cement they just just everything down. I was trying to gather our belongings and the girl wouldn't move out of my way and she was wiping around instead of just letting me grab my things. We got to the prize counter at 9 o'clock on the dot and they were completely shut down and clocked out and leaving. It was insane. We tried to express our concerns and they just stared at us. Terrible OH! And also one of my valuables was stolen by an employee. I will be going full Karen because it was such an awful experience.

Went with my girlfriend and her niece. We all had lots of fun. Will come back for sure.Amanda was amazing! With the little time she spent helping us when we got there and when we left, she made such a big difference!
