Terrible experience. We had horrible service the minute we walked in. The worst part was that the Owner was the one that was helping us. Not greeting, just rude. Then we go to checkout and instead of charging us the $26 we owed, they charged us $264!! The cashier laughed it off like it wasn’t a big deal & it was an easy fix. Easy fix or not, it shouldn’t have even happened. Will definitely NOT be stepping foot in there again. I will happily drive across town for better service & get charged correctly.

Not a happy camper. I ordered 2 T-Bones and 1 Porterhouse. I specifically asked that I have 3 steaks and he said yes. Opened the package and I had 2 T-Bones and no Porterhouse. They better make this right. I will call them tomorrow

I used to buy a lot of products from here but the quality has gone way down. No one was in the shop when I arrived and the owner sat behind the counter very impatient doing a running tap on the top of the meat case constantly asking what I wanted. It was not closing time either. The young man who checked us out was much more kind. Honestly, there are many better butchers around town. The steaks tasted like grocery store USDA choice meat. I spent $130 on steaks, ground chuck, and a roast that I will now probably not eat. The steaks were almost inedible tasted old, the roast was good, ground chuck was watery.

My fiancé, and I decided to try this place based on a recommendation. We ended up getting T-bone steaks which we were kind of disappointed in because the ones that we have been getting from Sam’s Club have been way more tender and delicious.If that was all we had purchased, I probably would’ve reviewed this as a one star - but he also surprised me with the cherry cheesecake pudding that they sell, and that was beyond amazing!

This place is amazing. If you haven't been here before.. just go. Went there once and had to go back. Good prices on QUALITY meat. Not the meat you get from your everyday grocery store. And the customer service is amazing. Got some smash burgers today.. was not disappointed.

They changed the Chicken Caesar Wrap that I've been coming there to order for the last 12 years.... It's not good at all now. Service and Quality of meat lands a 5 star. The wraps get a 1. Used to love this place.

If a customer asks if you have a particular cut of meat it is not necessary to give your opinion on what you think of that cut and why you don’t carry it (in a snotty tone no less)Just say “no, I’m sorry we don’t”.
I would like to say that the deli staff here is excellent. They have a wide selection of meats and cheeses to choose from. Every time I'm there to get deli meats or cheese a gentleman named Matt is usually there to help me he is one of the most respectful and helpful people I have ever met he is patient when I can't make up my mind and he always has a great suggestion of new meats or cheeses to try

Geno and his staff always treat us like family and some of the best product in town. I stop here at least 1-2 times a week and highly recommend this place if you love great meat. Plus the cheesecake pudding is absolutely to die for!
