My family and I came into this Location April 1st. We ordered dinner and ice cream. And told them we wanted our ice cream after we ate our food. They still brought one of our ice creams before our food and then a few minutes later brought out are hot food with the ice cream on the tray. It was melting. On top of it as we are eating and the only ones in the facility.A guy comes out and starts sweeping the floor around us. I felt that this was very rude and you should wait until customers are not eating food to sweep. I would like a Manger to contact me

I came with my 2 granddaughters at 7:30pm to eat and have ice cream. We went in and all the chairs were up on the tables and someone was scrubbing the floors. They don't close until 10. Very unwelcoming. Sad because the food was good.

Love the food but over priced and service is kind of slow.
After I asked for my food to be fresh, it wasn't. Cold ? Rude Manger in the drive thru; the one I asked if my food would be fresh, and then he went back and forth with me about it. The driver couldn't even finish her chicken sandwich because it was old and cold ? we would never stop there again and let my friends and family know not to either. We travel back and forth that way a lot. The ice cream/sundaes is the only thing my cousin liked; you can't mess up ice cream. All of what we ordered was thrown in the ? trash. The back and forth with the customer; myselfHe was so trying to prove himself right and me; the customer was wrong. After telling him our food was cold, he didn't offer us fresh food, we demanded it. I asked for fresh at the board when we ordered and at the window.
