Service was fine but the food was sub par at best. No potatoes, got the 3 meat plate advertised as generous, the only thing generous is the cost of nasty food. So disappointing!

Came in to get a 3 meat plate should come with 2 sides and toast. He handed me a very greasy bag of food with gloves still on.They were out of brisket , gave me one rib and a bunch of dry tips. All the meat is dry. Told me my meal did not come with toast and then told me oh they are out. No fries, green beans do not have bacon. Sides we not full. Soda in machine empty. The food is not very good. I paid 30 dollars and the service was not good. Not pleased. Will not be returning here.

Did an online order at 3pm said I would be there at 5 to pick it up. The guy could find where I order first. Had to show him my email. Found it and said it wasn't even prepared. Then he told me out of brisket so I said just give it to me in pulled pork. Was told not enough so I said just give it to me in ribs. Ordered wings and he said he could give me sausage they were out of wings. I told him to cancel my order. Couldn't cancel it and locked up the register. Kept calling people to help him no one would answer. Got a hold of someone. I told her what happened and she said they don't do refunds. They had already taken the money out of my account and the email said they had already given me my food. No refund and I spent $148.00. She said leave your name and number I will have someone call you. Haven't heard anything yet. I will not be going back!!!!!!

We ordered thru the app associated with Dickeys. When we arrived to pick up our order we were told that the last customer left with the last of their Mac and cheese, brisket, and pulled pork. I expressed that since majority of our order are those items I would like a refund. The kid behind the counter said that his boss would text me with the refund screenshot in a couple of minutes. That there was nothing he could do. I have received no email, text or reply from anyone. I called him again about an hour and a half later and he said he would call back. He has not... and nothing has been done. My family will never go to this place again.

While I was there a customer came in...waited a while for someone to come out and wait on him. He ordered and was told they didn't have any of the meat he wanted. This is very poor all around. Never again...and we want our money!!!

I ordered jalapeno cheddar kielbasa and pulled pork. Kielbasa looked like it was just torn apart instead of sliced, pork was cold, and looked old. Butter on bread was barely existent. See pictures for reference. Service, nobody greeted us when we walked in, it took a minute before anyone helped. As far as atmosphere goes, the entire restaurant was filthy. Trash in the back hallway, bathrooms dirty, bathroom door would not close, and floors were sticky. Overall, I spent $26 and for the money I could have gone elsewhere but was in the area.
