Restaurant was slammed before a show at the Coronado. Staff, Mgmt, and the kitchen rocked! Our waitress has 21 tables going and you would never know it. Food came out quick, we were able to enjoy a couple of drinks before leaving for show in plenty of time.

Service was extremely slow. (Yes it was busy) Our server was ok but was not making an effort to find our food after over an hour of waiting. The manager who was rude, belly hanging out of her shirt fake tan she thought it wouldBe ok to confront someone on a tip they left. I’ve never experienced a manager so unprofessional. I’m pretty sure a tip is optional and they way we were treated thrrr was no tip warranted. Shame on her, zero customer service.

Parking area smelled like weed , lots of loud rude drunks drinking in their cars . Can’t park and walk in without being yelled at or begged for money . Expensive , dangerous after 11 pm and the food was eh . If you’re looking for a nice night out in Rockford with your spouse this place isn’t for you .

Outstandingly CLEAN! the interior buildout optimized flow and great blend of adult libations with great VGT machines.Really enjoyed the non-alcohol options as an Alcoholic with five years of sobriety.Contemporary food options solve for those not visiting for just the entertainment venue!

Fun night of Karaoke with Laurie on Thursday nights. It is always amazing to realize that Rockford has a lot of great singers. The best part is that the people singing are also lovely down to earth fun loving individuals. Bartenders are watchful, kind and friendly. Always a good time .

Food was good with massive portions for the price. Service was solid even during peak/busy time.Bathrooms were a little grungy, wife said the toilet paper dispenser was lying on the floor. Someone had ripped it off the wall.
