I haven't ordered from Domino's in a really long time so I looked up their number on Google called and placed an order for delivery the woman on the phone told me it would take 30 to 40 minutes for my food to get to my home I waited for over an hour and a half when the driver finally showed up and then told me that he could not give me change for my order because they only carry $20 on them at all times I asked him why I was not informed of this on the phone being as I'm a new customer and I haven't ordered from them in a really long time this is something that I wouldn't know unless I was advised of this and he just told me that it's posted on our website so I called down to the store to tell them that the delivery driver only carries $20 and was unable to give me change so I was headed to the store to go purchase my order the woman on the phone was extremely rude and told me that it's posted on the website that drivers only carry $20 on them and it's posted inside the store that they cannot accept $100 bill I told her that I did not order in store and I did not order offline I simply googled the number and placed my order over the phone so unless one of them would have told me to specifically look on the website for delivery information or I was inside the store there's no possible way that I could have known that I wasted over 2 hours of my time trying to feed my family. I am extremely dissatisfied and will never attempt to order from there again!!!!! It's not even the issue of the miscommunication that's upsetting ... It's the way I was treated that I won't tolerate

The food was great! The delivery guy was great First time ordering and eating Domino's since I was a kid. I ordered online and was overcharged. The whole reason I wanted it was for the deal. 2 Medium 1-Topping Pizzas, 16-piece Parmesan Bread Bites, 8 Piece Cinnamon Twists, and a 2 Liter of Coke for $19.99. It instead rang up as 24.74 before tax. I got a thing of pasta for 6.99 and for whatever reason a thing of sauce cost 1.00 with a 5.99 delivery fee (which drivers don't get) I added a 5.00 tip and with tax 3.09 came to 45.81. I notified customer service about the discount that wasnt applied properly. I'm waiting to hear back. Aside from that, it was great! The food looks great, and the presentation was amazing! My kids loved it, and we have plenty of leftovers. It's definitely worth it in those nights when you just need someone else to cook. I'll change my review star after getting my money back and hearing back from IT. Update: I heard back from customer service. They didn't refund me. They basically said it was my fault that even though it doesn't state that it's an upcharge for a certain type of bread for your pizza and topping. So both my Pizzas were 8.02 if that'd you then change it or it won't be 19.99. This could be a simple fix with IT but it's not. They could simply give my almost 5 bucks back but they won't. So I will keep my review what it is and NOT eat here again because of it. ??♀️

Manager Mike was EXTREMELY RUDE when I called to tell them my Italian sandwiches were not made properly and told me that I was wrong my husband went there to show them and the sandwich was not replaced the manager just cut me off on the phone and immediately told me I was wrong they just issued a refund no apology or anything they didn’t even remake the sandwich that was made wrong NEVER AGAIN…..Tyshon the driver was however very nice and courteous and great….Just wanted to add an update…..THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER “MIKE” lied about his name AND his name is ACTUALLY TREVOR WHAT AN INDECENT HUMAN BEING TO LIE ABOUT HIS NAME CORPORATE WILL BE HEARING FROM ME

Last time we went to Domino’s Pizza was a while ago, but I’m going to tell my experience. we got 2 large pizzas, one of them were pepperoni. we also got cheesy breadsticks and Parmesan bites. I also got boneless chicken wings just for myself. And I think everything was really good. The pepperoni is really good on the pizza. The Parmesan bites are also very good. Cheesy breadsticks are very cheesy but very good. the boneless chicken Are very good with ranch. I think domino’s is better than Pizza Hut.
Incredibly disappointed. Ordered online; estimated time was about an hour, however it was done early - very cool, unless you weren't notified and ended up being 'late.' To top it off, at 7pm on a Friday night, the restaurant couldn't break a $100 bill, so we had to leave the building and get change ourselves. Now our food has sat for 40 minutes at your restaurant and cold by the time we got home. Waste of time and money. We will not be back and don't plan to visit any more Dominos restaurants, especially this one. Will not recommend any family or friends to DominosKid-friendliness: Order from here if your kid likes cold, nasty food.

I havent ordered from domino's in years so I figured we would give them a try. Deilvery was fast. However I was missing a order of wings.. tried calling the store sends you to a 1800 number to order and don't give you a option to go to the store. Eventually after waiting it transfers me. She asks me if I want deilvery or carry out. I explain my situation she says she will transfer to the local store and hangs up in my face.... I tried to seek help online and they wanted to give me a 20 percent coupon or a free pizza....at this point I'm aggravated, I call the number again sends me to a repersative again, I explain everything and she doesn't answer anything I said. So I hung up. All I wanted is the missing part of my order lol. The way the customer service is setup is ridiculous. I'll never order from this company again. Far better choices in the area.

I asked my son to call back and ask what happened but the person on the phone just kept saying they never got our order. I am extremely unsatisfied as he jus continued to say "we never got the order" he got fed up and said he was going to ban us for THEIR mistakes. don't order from here these workers need to wake up.

Last time we went to Domino’s Pizza was a while ago, but I’m going to tell my experience. we got 2 large pizzas, one of them were pepperoni. we also got cheesy breadsticks and Parmesan bites.
