We waited over 45 minutes for our coffee today. By the time we got it, it was wrong but just left. Over 15 cars were helped before we got our 2 coffees. 0/10 recommend this location.

Wish I could rate without the star. Every single one of these employees are absolutely miserable. They’re rude, have attitudes and don’t care about their customers. The cashier threw my change at me and it fell on the ground. She had nothing to say to me. Not a word. Definitely won’t be returning. I suggest y’all find a new Dunkin to go to . Awful awful customer service.

I came here on 2/24 after placing a mobile order. I arrived at 12:13 & and didn't leave until 12:30. During this time NOBODY greeted me or even acknowledged my presence. There were at least 4 people with headsets on, I understand why but only 1 person was taking order which means SOMEBODY else could've said SOMETHING or even assisted me. At least 5 different people walked past me, there was at least 7-8 employees at the time. Whe the Hispanic chick with the nails FINALLY spoke, she went and got my drinks which were MELTED, at that point I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for a remake. They need to do better.

Your lobby hours says 6am but it is locked periodically due to short staff. 6am foot traffic is not that much that you should lock your doors. If your sign says 6am then open the doors. You have 3/4 people which is more than enough to handle the occassional lobby traffic. Or hire another individual.
