The food is great. Customer service is horrible. Waitress has a bad attitude, never came to refill drinks. When asked to refill coffee, it took her 10 minutes, when I ask her again, she said " I heard you " point me out.Not a good experience, not going back to eat there.

Garrett's has a nice menu with a good variety of options. The food is always delicious. Many of the servers are long-term and are excellent. It's a nice atmosphere inside and in summer there is a lovely outdoor patio.

Always good in the past. I assume regular chef is out. Both the chicken and fish entrees were way over salted, while the vegetable was under cooked. There was also something wrong with the water - it was undrinkable!?! Waitess apologized and said she filled glasses from wrong faucet. Replacement was okay, but unfortunately she later refilled our glases from the bad tap. If the food was cooked in that water it could explain the off taste of the food. I would recommend staying away for awhile until the kitchen issues are fixed.

The service was excellent, the food was not. They have a great beer and wine selection, but in my opinion the food has gone way down hill over the last several years. All of our Entrees had a problem. The salad dressing was like a thick jam.
