Placed our order and 15 minutes later still no food. The rice was overcooked. The fried wonton the outside was hard and inside the wrapper was undercooked. Ordered Sweet and sour chicken. it was so hard the fork couldn't push through it. Another couple ordered before us and they were still waiting for their food. Pictures on the wall were covered in grease. Cashier did not give the correct change back. Will not be back. No handicapped accessible seating.

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY SERVRE RAW FOOD.I ordered for my work and went in, the place is disgusting, unkept and smells funky..I ordered for myself the general chicken.. after eating a few bites I noticed the chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way!!!!! I called them back and explained the situation and with an attitude they said I would have to drive all the way back to get a new order.. like I mentioned I’m at work I can’t leave.. never eating here again, they should be reported to the health department and shut down! Go to the one on N main if you can!

I ordered two orders of Mongolian beef, both with extra sauce. They made my order bagged it up and I went over to my friend's house so we could eat. Opened up the first container and had Mongolian beef with rice, the second container was just filled with rice. No Mongolian beef. Not having the time to run back we split the Mongolian beef. Opened up the extra sauce it was all hot chili sauce. Ridiculous. I know some people have had a good experience, I didn't and I won't be returning. For those of you shopping there if you do get something to eat open it up and look at it to see what you're getting before you take it home because you can't trust that they made it right.

The chicken was disgusting. I threw it out instantly. Rice didn’t taste fried. Egg roll was weird. I love Happy Wok but not this location. Loves Park is best. Waste of money

I've seen reviews on here and are far from spot on yeah it's not the best looking place but for what I got as a lunch special the sesame chicken was good and great flavor I would recommend to others and it don't cost a lot

Lo mein came with chow mein noodles. (They did make it spicy how I like it tho.) The crab Rangoon was mediocre..And the egg rolls were just okay.. The driver that delivered was super sweet. Personally would try somewhere else next time..

I enjoyed the cashew chicken, and it was a good portion for the price.This was a convenient place for lunch while we were out for a walk. There was no other customer inside so we felt safe (from covid) dining in. This is a good take-out place, not a place where you should expect dine-in service beyond getting the food you ordered. In fact, although we ordered for "here," it was served in Styrofoam. The women's washroom was very dirty as if it has not been thoroughly cleaned in months. I would order to-go next time.Note that the many Happy Wok restaurants in Rockford are each independently owned and operated. Although they may have similar menu items, the quality, portion, and price will be different from each establishment.
