ordered a supersize chicken fried rice and there was a cigarette filter in my food no manager on site and the people that work there are vulgar in front of customers and are very rude and unprofessional

Usually have a good experience here, not the case with my last visit. I called ahead and placed my order. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the exact time they gave me. I pulled up to the menu board and replied that I had a call-in order. She told me to "pull around to the window". There were two cars ahead of me at the time. After about 15 minutes, one of the cars left leaving me second in line. The next car took 15 additional minutes. So, my dinner which I called in has been sitting on the counter for about a half hour. I paid took my warm order home only to find that it was incomplete. I tried to call them numerous times and no answer. They need to have people step aside when they don't preorder and keep the window open for orders that are ready. Food that I did get was good after reheating in the microwave.

Delivery is terrible. We had a bad experience in the past. We waited 2 hours for a delivery order, until we finally went down to the restaurant in person to pick up our food. This time, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered from the 11th St. Happy Wok again. It took an hour and 53 minutes for the delivery. We will NEVER order from the 11th St. Happy Wok again!

Went thru drive thru, ordered Garlic chicken person asked what? So I repeated again. She said General chicken and this went back n forth 4 more times until I spoke a little louder and as clear as I could Garlic Chicken. She yells back OK! I said REALLY? she laughed and we left. We go there alot but NEVER again will we go there .

i ordered today time and wait were good only that the lo mein was way to salty the kung pao chicken was way to sweet and burnt. egg foo young was also burnt more union then actual food worst Chinese food I've ever had do. 0/10
