Twice in 2 days they have messed up our orders. Yesterday they didn't give us the pickle we paid for. Today my sandwich was not made right according to how I asked to customize it on the app. The last 2 times we went to the store the staff looked under the influence of Marijuana and one time we could smell it rolling off the employee helping us. We ordered delivery this time and the driver looked absolutely angry that he had to deliver so close to closing time. This store used to be so pleasant and polite and now it's nothing like it used to be. We couldn't even call and ask for the issue to be made right because by the time we got our order the store was already closed. What used to be fast friendly service is now anything but. Very disappointed and frustrated that we can't even enjoy the good we ordered because stuff is not made right and other stuff is missing.

Got a hello welcome, friendly staff taking my order, another friendly staff made my sandwiches so fast that I hadn't finished paying before they were ready, and another friendly staff cleaning all the tables & windows. Great stop, appreciated all the kind people & quick service.

Wow 3 and 1/2 stars not surprised. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a bootlegger club with cheese and Dijon. I ordered a second sandwich for somebody else it was an unwich, the salad variety of the of the same sandwich, and when it got delivered both of them were un witches. When I went to call the restaurant to rectify the problem, whoever I talked to informed me that I ordered it wrong and they assumed no responsibility for that. so I just decided to let that go. However if you're thinking of ordering from here and they get your order wrong, just be prepared to be blamed for it when you call to ask if they'll do anything for you.

Not freaky-fast... more like super-slow! Sat in drive-through for 20 mins. With 6 cars ahead of me. Had to break out of line and head back to work before ordering.

Every time I go there for lunch I sit in the drive thru for 15+ minutes. I only get a half hour lunch. So I’m losing time at work because this Jimmy John’s can’t get in gear.I have got the wrong sandwich before as well.I’ve done everything I could do. Contacted the main Jimmy John’s site multiple times. Contacted the store manager. No responses from either one. No changes either. Still a long wait from a place that prides itself on being fast.I’m gonna cut ALL Jimmy John’s out of my life, not just this store.
