Jimmy John's is among the top few sandwich shops, and you always know that you're getting the best, no matter which store you go

It was my first time at this location and I probably won't be back. The staff were somewhat friendly but not entirely. They were out of the wheat bread for my sandwich which happens I understand. I was okay with them substituting another bread instead. When I was leaving after picking up my order no one said have a nice day or thank or anything at all which was uncomfortable. But that wasn't even my biggest issue. I ordered two of their new salads, the potato salad and pasta salad and got home and discovered they were both expired. It literally had a sticker on it that said use by the previous day's date. So I didn't feel safe eating them so that was disappointing and a waste. Overall, my whole experience at this location was not good at all. I don't recommend coming here.

If you don't already know, Jimmy John's makes a sammich that is probably the best "travel sammich" there is presently. The portion size of one is often filling enough to be a meal, and it's often inexpensive to buy, but not as cheap as Taco Bell is for a similar level of feeling full, dollar for dollar spent. It compacts down well and easily fits in car cup holders and luggage bottle holders while allowing the eater to expose the sammich bit by bit without getting to be messy or falling apart like most other sammiches (or burritos) seem to do, keeping a car or airplane seat mostly clean, and without having contents fall all over the front of the eater's shirt to make a mess. This "feature"/capability is a main reason why I eat at Jimmy John's, aside from sammich taste, etc. of course. This, and they are usually really quickly prepared so that you don't need to wait around for long after ordering and can often get back on the road in less time than it takes to "use the facilities" after ordering, especially if that is a factor in picking when to stop and "stretch the legs," "drain the anaconda," or "take the Browns to the Super Bowl," so to speak. When done eating, the sammich packaging wads up easily into a small, tightly compact, ball that can be pelted at your obnoxious fellow passengers (like that kiddo who keeps kicking the seatback while you're trying to nap or drive--or possibly both), or can take up very minimal space while locating a proper trash receptacle into which you can practice doing free throws for the next time you have to play HORSE on the ball court (SWOOSH!) or to use with your empty Yeti water bottle after getting through TSA to play an impromptu game of baseball at your plane's gate before boarding your flight. That being said...After a long afternoon of working and doing errands today, the last thing I needed was drama and headaches. I popped into the Jimmy John's phone app and ordered a sammich from this location and once again hit a problem. Aside from the menu changing again for the toppings available on the sandwiches, the app seems to have gotten rid of the spaces where you could add brief comments, special requests, names, suggestions, compliments, positive affirmations, witty remarks, and such. Due to this, after I ordered on the app, I needed to call the store to clarify what I was needing to be done to the sammich I ordered.Garner answered the phone, located my order, and understood -exactly- what needed to be done with it when I explained my predicament to him. When I got to this location mere minutes later, he was already getting the sammich properly assembled as needed. I grabbed a cup full of ice (my usual) to go with my sammich, which was prepared quickly and as needed (the sammich, that is-the ice rarely is any kind of an issue). No problems this time for me at this location--in fact, aside from the app issues I had, things went -really well- here for a change. Well done, Garner and Jimmy John's! I wish every day at this Jimmy John's location could go as well as this one did, which has been steadily improving over about the past year'ish since a dreadful experience I previously experienced here. Five stars.Vegetarian options: You can leave off cheese and meat and mayo easily to make vegan food. That said, the food is prepared on the same line, but not using the same grease, etc. so chances of animal cross contamination are few, or possibly even non-existent here. Hooray!Dietary restrictions: Offers something for almost everyone, it seems.Lettuce for bread? Wheat "sandwich bread" instead of white "submarine bread?" Vegan? Vegetarian? Mild or hot spice level?Yep.Organic? Probably not.Sprouts? Sadly gone from the menu these days...Parking: Lots of available spaces for the two strip malls. If you go here enough, you can learn the shortcuts into and out from this parking lot to avoid most of the people and cars, as well as avoiding the p

Ordered a tuna on wheat with mayo yesterday. Once my sandwich was sealed up the server forgot to put cheese on it. She opens it back up and put the cheese on it. She said out loud " Oh I need to go home," as though she was tired.I could not taste the mayo at all and the tuna did not taste fresh. I ate it Anyway but it was not good. I belched all night and took had to take tums. I won't be going back to this JJ12/23/23 decided to give the location at mulford village another try against my better judgment. Service is seriously an issue. I placed $1 in the tip cup but the guy quoted the price and when I put my card in to pay, it said tip first, not what I actually owed. I told the guy I had put a tip in the cup. How rude is this.Ordered a #6 little john. Get home, barely any avocado spread or mayo on the sandwich. Maybe he wanted a bigger tip. Never again will I go there. This place needs to be close.

Stopped in there and ordered a BLT with no mayonnaise when I got my sandwich the bacon was in my opinion undercooked so I went back up and asked if they had a way to microwave it she told me no she has I asked if I can get a different sandwich then ordered a cheese sandwich with no mayonnaise. I gave it to me and it had mayonnaise on it I'm allergic to it so I went back up again now at this point they're aggravated at me kind of giggling and the guy making the sandwich even turned around and made a rude come and at me. So my third sandwich I got back had no dressing on it at all that I asked for so I just gave up I will not be going back there no apologies just rude comments

I went in 25 minutes after I had placed my online order and they had not started it yet. I would understand if store was busy but they were just standing there. The associate acted annoyed when I asked for my pickup order and said he would start it. Then at the end of the transaction, I asked if I could get a bag for the sandwich and he replied "do you want me to get you one or do you want to get it?" I didn't realize they were at the end of the counter. It was very uncomfortable. I went to get my sandwich and there weren't any toppings that I had ordered.

I’ve been in this location probably over 30 times and rarely am I ever greeted or even asked what I would like to order. The workers act like they haven’t worked in customer service before, and I have to greet whoever’s working as well as initiate my order. The food is excellent and is done pretty fast, but I never get a “have a nice day” or anything when I leave. Also I don’t mind the loud, profane music, but I could imagine the older crowd would find the blaring rap music not ideal or pleasant. Plus you can barely hear the employees mumble over the music when they do decide to talk. At this point I’m just going to go out of my way to go to a different location.

I’m sorry you are not a fan of our tuna salad! We prep this fresh and follow a specific recipe. Since the tuna is prepped prior to serving, we can’t remove any ingredients that are included in the mix. Our tuna salad contains tuna, mayo, celery, and onions. If you are ever unsatisfied with your order, we recommend contacting the store and speaking to the manager to see if we can get a sub more suited for ya!
