Ghetto. I don’t know how else to say it. Staff are gross and loud. Service was only done well by one lady. She was the best part of your store. Blonde older lady with a head scarf. She is the only reason you probably still have customers. Not that this will change anything but I would definitely not go here unless it’s driver thru or they fix the nasty place. Seriously gross and smelly employees.

Doordashed some dessert from here including the $6 13 tote cookies. At least two cookies had plastic found in them. I don’t know whether this was intentional or not but definitely something to watch out for. And a side note, closer to night time this specific location can have some really disrespectful workers.

Missing items from my order had to go inside inconvenient but OK. I showed the manager my receipt and asked for my missing item and they asked me what I needed it for. I paid for it and didn’t get it that’s why I need it

This is my favorite McDonalds to go to. They always get my order correct and the line is always quick. This is the only McDonalds I go to because the McDonalds on Harrison is the worst, the one by Walmart is always packed, and the one on State Street is far/slow but they get the orders right.

I do have to say I was told by several ex workers they teach them if the have no decaffeinated coffee made then to just mix regular with water! Some people people can't have caffeine!!!

When I review the mcds restaurants, I hold my evaluation on the atmosphere and the staff.The store was clean, so A+ on that.As for the staff... if you want to make more an hour, how about being nice to your customers. I mean, without us, you wouldn't have a paycheck.Call corporate on any quality or service issues. Good luck on hearing anything back and for them to care enough to fix the attitude problems of their staff.You all work at Mcds. Get your nose out of the air. You are not better and more wealthy than the people you serve.

I've been eating McDonald's since I was 7 years old this was the worst Burger I've had in my life I think they cooked it put it together and set it on a shelf for two days and the fries were no better they were dried up brown greasy very disappointed $1 0 I never spend again at least not

Went here the other day and they didn’t put one of my items in my bag so I called them and spoke with some kid he hung up on us after we insisted we ordered it on the app and there was proof he said he didn’t even have one of the ingredients we customized the burger with so we went there and the woman gave it to us without a hassle so he was lying. Absolutely awful! Also we order chicken nuggets quite often and they NEVER put the bbq sauce in the bag either it happens every damn time.
