This is by far the WORST restaurant in Rockford! Not only is the food disgusting but the service is horrible. The waitress didnt even know what a torta dinner meant nor what a diet coke was( i was in disbelief while ordering). The food came out cold, bland and dry! The rice was crunchy, my camarones a la diabla were SWEET! They couldnt even get the chips and salsa right. No flavor and stale. This place and its workers don't even deserve 1 star. If you're looking for a decent meal do NOT go here!

Every time we go we like the food, except for today the tripe was chewy and hard. What we have never liked is the poor service and how dirty it is. They take forever to bring you whatever you ask for, if they even bring it. They always have teenage girls working there who, you can tell, have no experience in customer service or cleaning at all. We have returned because we like the food, but today they definitely lost our business. Every time we go, we are hoping the service would be better, but no. It never is.

I called to order threw delivery and let me say I was answered by a rude lady that is supposedly new and she also hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone with experience, a manager, or the owner. They do not have personal delivery driver wish understable but sucks because GrubHub for this location was not allowing me to pay with cash. Did not go personally because of parking issue in my area.. I called again after the lady hung up on me and a guy answered, he said he was the owner. Well I hope he was if not I hope the real owner sees what I had to comment.

Came in on a rainy 16 September after a less than funny comedian from East Los Angeles. Fortunately this Not a review for him. Best customer service I've ever received. Closed but happened to walk in just before the locked up. I spoke to the young lady And said I'm coming from far and i need to eat before my long drive. She said no sorry, so i asked is there any other place and an older lady said what do you want she took my order and told me to sit and wait for it. Off was the first and ONLY SHREDDED chicken quesadillas I've ever liked and is nit giving it Justice. Tender and sweet cheesy melt goodness. Great salsa and guess what they need nothing of YELP. Funny the lady was like why are you taking all these pictures. I showed her what i did so far and she was excited. Well I'm back on Sept 17 gonna give an update in pics and maybe review. Come here ! It's great.
