Ordered a dozen mini Bundt cakes with party hats on them for my father in law’s birthday and had them door dashed. I initially received confirmation of my order and then a notification that the dasher picked it up, but never received a confirmation of its delivery… that’s probably a door dash issue, though.While my father in law was happy with the flavors, I was disappointed when he told me the party hats were not sent on the cakes, but handed to him separately. It would have been nice for that detail to have been in place when delivered as that’s what made the birthday surprise. He also was not given the card I picked with the birthday message. Maybe I did something wrong, but those two details were important when sending something long distance.

I went to Nothing Bundt Cakes the other day and walked in and was greeted by the sweetest girl. Brooke working register was so kind and patient with me. I'm older so it can be hard for me to read the labels on the menu. Brooke took her time to show me all the different flavors and really went above and beyond. She truly was such a help. I will be back and bringing my grandkids for an after school treat!

Today I went to the Rockford Location of Nothing Bundt Cakes. I had never been there before and asked two young women to explain to me how everything works. They were quick to inform me of everything they had to offer and even said decorations could be done in about 10 minutes! How amazing! I ended up purchasing a 12 pack of BundTinis.Brooke and Mya were a shining example of amazing customer service. Rockford team, If the other people in your staff are as kind, considerate and helpful as these two ladies you have got it made. Please take the time to praise them for their hard work. I’ll be back and I hope to see them again!

Was gifted my first cake Saturday was the most moist wonderful cake ever. Chocolate mint, white chocolate raspberry and lemon. Will definitely try more flavors. Thank you for the cakes

Very DISAPPOINTED. They charge $12.00 delivery fee, they take delivery notes in the order screen, but they neglect to follow the notes ,then tell you to come pick it up & you WILL NOT get your delivery fee refunded. VERY POOR customer service. ALEXIS HAS AN ANNOYING SNOB VOICE & ATTITUDE WHEN SPEAKING TO CUSTOMERS.

Intentionally giving people the wrong sized cake is upsetting.I was confused at the tiny cake I received with my gift certificate.If you plan on coming here. Be ready to get scammed. Very disappointing.

I purchased the bundtinis for a graduation party and they were delicious. 100% recommend any of the bundts for your next occasion. I had never been in the store before and I was impressed with how clean the store was and how professional the staff was.

Cupcakes are always delicious! However, I ordered and paid for 3 dozen cupcakes for an event and only two were prepared. I didn’t notice until I was back home and had opened the box that they were missing. I called and they offered to make another dozen, but weren’t able to deliver them to me. I wasn’t able to leave our party, so we took a partial refund and just didn’t have enough dessert to go around. Not the end of the world but I wish they would have made it right!
