Worst customer service ever!! Ive tried to give them numerous chances to fix their mess ups but I'm done with it!! They mess up orders almost EVERY time and get an attitude when you call to let them know!! Never offer any type of apology or compensation!!

Pizza is not the same as it used to be! Was burnt tasting burnt and ordered pork tenderloins with pizza and fries they were terrible not cooked yuk! About $80 definitely NOT worth that at

Been coming to Opsahl's for yeeeeeaars, since I was a kid this was my dads go to pizza spot. Unfortunately it's just not the same. I don't know what changed over the years. Food is not too bad but it feels like the love is missing. Biggest issue is missing items every single time. Forget about getting delivery unless you want half your order missing and cold. And if you pick up, make sure you check for every single item before leaving! They'll give you a credit for missing items which doesn't help since you planned on eating it that day. There's no compensation other than oops sorry.

This is now Rockfords worst pizza it use to be so good now its just nasty we have had the kahuna pizza 3 times and every single time whole family got sick for 3 to 4 days. ! They also make the cheese fall all over the place before they give it to you and slices not cut for the price it use to great they need to get there head in the game and get better cooks ! Also I actually went there the 4th time and didn't order walked back out after I seen how dirty there kitchen was. Gross

I ordered a large pizza been waiting 2 hrs and the guy on the phone acted like I'm the inconvenience for calling. Original opsahls on the west side
Pizza was terrible which is odd because i use think they were one of the best pizzas restaurants in the rockford area. New owners? Something is definitely off. Only ate half the pizza and was about to force myself to eat the other half but I couldn’t. The rest went in the trash..

My rating is actually a 0! I am a GH driver and I arrived at the time stated for pick up. I was told it would be 15 more minutes. Ok, I waited 20 minutes. I went back in, I waited in my car because the restaurant/bar is nasty dirty and smells horrible. I was told it would be another 10 minutes, but that was actually a lie because I heard the cook say he was currently making the pizza. I waited 30 minutes and it wasn't EVEN IN THE OVEN YET! I get restaurants get busy, however, DON'T LIE, TELL THE CUSTOMER YOU ARE INCOMPETENT AND LET THEM DECIDE WHAT THEY WANT TO DO!

Was impressed in this Old Fashioned Dive Bar. Visited here a few times recently. Used to come here with family years ago when growing up. As read over the current reviews, we need to consider Upsahl's(Opsahls) deserves a chance? Things always change and sometimes get better! What's really going on here? Long lost kindness and compassion from three different server-bartenders, last few visits. It helps if come ready to be patient and kind as well. You know. What is really going on here? New owners and a detailed security system with eyes absolutely everywhere. For customer viewing; makes a difference! You may want to check it out soon. What's really going on here? Be willing to wait especially on weekends for table or carryout. This place is super busy now. A recent witness to cook staff improvements and owner efforts! Do like when my beloved brother stumbled at the door, someone stopped to help him up. A real good human spirit is alive and well right here. The food was delicious and well worth the wait! Left a tip directly to the cook staff at their window, which seems rare at least in past days as a restaurant manager, it sure was! For me, enjoyed The Best Beef Sandwich anywhere! Gotta love a good Chicago Style Beef Sandwich "dipped", side of au jus, giardiniera, mozz. With fries on the side. Yum yum and wow! Thank you

Ordered the$33 special and it ended up $44 with delivery. I called and said we would pick it up because we didn't want to wait an hour. Lady told me it would only be 40 minutes. Ended up over an hour and then the delivery lady hits my son in laws car backing out. It was my last order at what was opsahls but it's a new owner that changed the o to a u in the name and is trying to pass it off as opsahls.

No calzone should have red sauce .not a ham and cheese calzone or no beef calzone should have red sauce ... ewww now that's nasty . If anything they should have ask if I wanted red sauce or not. Not even did they pass me up the street but this my third and last experience with them ..
