We had a time here. The bloomin onion was, though a little burnt, the baked potato even more, but the mac n cheese tasted off. My brother got raw chicken in his alfredo, but they gave us and 80 dollar discount on a 100 dollar meal solely as an apology for the raw chicken

Never had a bad meal or bad service here. Always clean. I really appreciate how many choices are available for someone on a low carb diet. Their firecracker chili was AMAZING and bean-free.

We had Door Dash delivery tonight from Outback Steak House in Rockford, IL. We are celebrating my fiancées birthday. We both ordered filet dinners, like we always do. They were not even edible! They were loaded with gristle and fat and ended up in the garbage. We've never had a problem with dining in but we won't ever use carry out here. This was actually pretty disgusting if I'm honest. So we're still hungry and too frustrated to bother ordering anything else. Happy birthday honey...not!

We love this restaurant! My hubby has a dairy issue and the wait staff have no problem helping us. Besides that, the food is amazing! Hot, fresh, delicious and the best margarita I have ever had. Carla, our server, made us feel like royalty. She noticed when our drinks were low, asked us how our food was, was available to bring more dip and bread, but was not a pest. Chatted with the manager on the way out, nice guy, loves his job. We'll be back with our friends.

1 out of sympathy...my mom took dad and I here for my bday. Been a while since we had been there. Obviously because prices spiked..waitress talked like she was in 1st grade...mixed up steaks...at least 3 people asked if we wanted dessert--which was included with our dinners.. 3 Stooges or Gong Show...you be the judge..
They have a gluten free menu . And everything on it is

Absolutely terrible service. The place was a mess, bathrooms, general restaurant sloppy. Hostess had no idea what they were doing. Not sure what happened, but Outback used to be my fav steakhouse. It was the worst I've had. Steak quality was crap. Other than the bread, everything else sucked. The waiter sucked. Saw them maybe twice the whole meal. Drink refill? Non-existent. Don't bother with this location. Not even sure about Outback itself anymore. Yes, the manager gave us a discount, but I'd take a great meal in a clean, well run restaurant anyway over a discount. Sad.

Very disappointed with the size of lobsters. I a 4 ounce tail is so small and thin that it's not a treaat to have anymore. Back to shrimp for me. I'm sure this is across the board at all locations.?
