Really enjoyed DJing the 2025 YMCA party here. Industrial looks, great food, and great waitstaff. I know they do alot of private events, call in advance for availability. you won't be disappointed.

Stopped here a couple times while we were in town. Beer was great and the full menu had a lot to choose from. Definitely on my list to visit again should we find ourselves in the area.Parking: There is a lot across the street that is a short walk away if there are no spots available right at the brewery.Kid-friendliness: We saw lots of families with kids while we were there, so it looks to be popular with families with small kids.

Really only popped in to pick someone up, but the space is very impressive. Delighted to see lovely old industrial buildings repurposed as part of downtown revitalization efforts - such a welcome change from bulldozing.Parking: There's an overflow lot across Madison Street.

A great place to go for amazing food. It’s also one of the best places to go in the summer. Their menu has something for everyone and isn’t super expensive. Love this place.

Food was very good. Beer flight was a great accompaniment to my meal. Server was very slow though.

We had a very enjoyable weekend lunch at Prairie Street Brewing. We selected this location because our friends are vegan and we are not- and they had a great variety of meals for all of us. The vegans at the table started with the hummus platter as an appetizer, and we had the not so Irish eggrolls. The hummus platter was huge and they were happy with it. Our eggrolls were incredible and I would highly recommend them! For entrees, our friend got the green burger- he said it was the best house-made vegan burger he has ever had- which was wonderful. My husband got the Rockford burger and loved it, I chose the turkey club and it was huge and delicious. Our server was wonderful with our group, we had a baby as part of the group and she was wonderful with her. The vibes of the restaurant are also very nice- it is a cool old building, with lots of space. It might be a little tricky to locate because it doesn't look like a restaurant from the outside, but I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Very good food. Service was great. For being a pretty busy place, with multiple events also happening, it was not overly noisy and food & drinks were served in a timely manner. We tried the beer flight paired with girl scout cookies. Interesting idea and the beers were good. I didn't really note the described taste experience as expected, but honestly I've been having trouble with sense of smell since last year so it might also effect my tastebuds too.I did taste the drunken Cuban melt just fine and it was big enough that my girlfriend and I each ate half. We also shared the cheese curds, which were also delicious, with a slightly spicy dipping sauce on the side. Very generous portions for those as well. It's a very nice, historical building also, with a nice dockside outdoor space to hang out. I noted there are boat slips and a stage, however, being (an unseasonably warm) February there wasn't any action there just yet.We will definitely be back again to try some other beers and food, and maybe hear/see some live music too.
