Loved this place. I was craving sushi one day and decided to try their Hawaiian roll. My wife is vegetarian so I asked if we could omit the fish in the roll and the lady was very nice and said we could substitute. Really loved that. The second time we came I ordered the fruit sushi, which was also very good. This is my go to sushi place in Rockford. Excited to try other options! They don't have much vegetarian rolls but love the fact they will substitute for us.

Just tried the fresh spring rolls and shrimp pho. AMAZING!!!!!!!!! The staff is friendly and the food is great.

I got Monterey and The thing. Both really good. Generous rolls. Ended up eating half and taking the rest home. Always saw this place from the outside and thought (for some reason) it was much nicer than it actually is. Maybe because of the big divider thing hiding the interior. I was kind of underwhelmed. I wasn't really there for the atmosphere though. I was happy with my food.

Had a great experience at spider sushi on Harrison. Tried their Dragon roll as well as some of their Sashimi and both were impressive. Good atmosphere and staff is super friendly. Great local sushi place to get some tea and hang out at the sushi bar & chat with the chefs.

The fried rice was great..but the surf and turf wasn't cooked all the way thru. They didn't want to remake it so that was a thumbs ?

Go there for the miso soup. It's the best anywhere. Salmon was a little dry. Overall a good meal.

The food was awful. I am a ramen lover, and eat at many authentic ramen houses. This food was so sub par, even if there was a location closer to me, I would not go. The base had little to no flavor, and the pork was so flipping dry. The pork itself was super bland and SUPER dry too. The chicken yakisoba was a solid 2/5 too. Would not recommend, and will not be coming back.
