The bigger black lady does not have a good attitude, makes my wife feel horrible about using coupons. She says the coupon machine isn't working, but she gives a hard time every time, just not wanting to use them.I'm sure if her pay deepended on people getting orders, I'm sure she would be more likely to be nice and want to make a sale.Foods great but just left without getting anything, the guy in front ordered 3 sandwiches and went to pay and didn't tell him he couldn't use them until his order was ready.Just ridiculous.

Bread that was indicated as baked was barely cooked. Out of pepperoni and turkey. Only choices for bread was wheat and white (none of the others were completely cooked). It was nice of the person to inform us, but the uncooked bread should have made it to the trash before any customer saw it and the reason it was not available had to be explained. Best choice would have been to leave.

I was hungry someone order online one sandwich when I go inside she was so mad and talking loudly you have to Waite 15 to 20 minutes or come back she’s has to learn how to talk to customers I was so scared the she talk to me I was my bad day

Needless to say, this will be my last time ever visiting the subway, I have had issues with quality in the past and laziness of the workers when I am trying to get back to my job in a timely manner. But today drew the last straw their hours on the window say That they open at seven and when I try to open the door at seven it is locked and then the lady inside Stated that if I don’t have a mobile order, I cannot come in. This is just pure laziness and Ruin the reputation of this restaurant.
I went in order chicken bacon ranch wrap over the water on it when I got it home it look like a plant giant blob it wasn't rolled it was just a mess very disappointed I used Subway a lot and this was not acceptable tried to call in no

The attitude is unbelievable! I tried calling for 4 hours today to say i would be early for my pick up, my online order. Nobody answered. Fine. I get to the employer at 5:35 for my 5:40 pick up. The only clerk was going to push me aside to serve 2 other customers that came in the store after me, because it wasn't 5:40. I have 3 footlong sandwiches. It is 5:39 and she's not done yet.She put avocado on one of the sandwiches before toasting. Never seen that before. And then tells me she is not going to give it to me on one sandwich because she is out. And she wouldn't refund the money. I did get it in 2 small cups at the end of everything.No matter what i saidbto her, she argued and was 100% attitude!!! Another customer walked out apologizing to me for the service I was getting and the attitude from the employee.I will not be back to this Subway if at all avoidable!!!Terrible service!!Currently 5:43 and still waiting.5:50 finally out of the store. Wow!!!! And if I did get pushed aside as she wanted, I would have been out about 6:15! That is not a 5:40 pick up.And the sandwiches ... couldn't tell the tuna from the chicken from the turkey. Wow!
