The service was slower than I've ever seen at a Subway. I never understand how "a little mustard", translates into spray mustard everywhere on the sandwich.

Normally order my same order, but wanted something different.the lady at the counter Jasmin suggested chicken teriyaki. The food was WONDERFUL. My order was made wrong. I believe mistakes happen. Nobody is perfect, but when I called to let them know about my order being wrong, they belittled me and accused me of lying and wanting free food. I was shocked and disappointed. I just took the loss and went about my day. I don't know what else to say, but they need to treat customers better than this.

Just left subway, the sandwich maker Amy had a bad attitude!! I asked if my bacon could be microwaved instead of in the toaster, she still attempted to put my bacon in the toaster.. I said ma'am I would like my bacon in the microwave. She tosses my bacon on top of the microwave and makes a deep breath as if it was a bother to put my bacon in the microwave why, I don't know. I asked her if their was a problem or if she was having a bad day. She says no, asked what I would like on my sandwich with a bad attitude and bacon still on top of the microwave. I ask when she was going to put my bacon in the microwave she mumble something. I than decided to leave, wasted time on my lunch break to deal with a person who needs better customer service skills and a better attitude! I also asked the sandwich maker what the corp number was she says we don't have one, I said how can you not have a Corp # she than says she doesn't know it & to contact her manager Deanna. I will not be returning to this location!

I showed up 15 minutes before closing and they told me I couldn’t get a sandwich. I had just gotten off work and was hoping for a nice sandwich, but nope I was refused service because some lazy workers felt they couldn’t wait 5 minutes. Very disappointed in the “service” here if you can even call it that. So unprofessional. If you’re open until 8, you stay open until 8. Not that hard
