Worst subway I’ve been to general manager was high out of her mind and reeked of weed. Overheard some employees talking about seeing her meeting her dealer outside work very unprofessional of her.

This place is a dump and the management is unprofessional she literally makes threats to her employees also physically fights them she don't know how to run the store she takes days off and expects the employees to do the job without help if needed can't keep employees Rude to customers and so much more and the labor board needs to be contacted about this lady.i know I will be calling so not go to this subway there's so many others that are way better in rockford

I would give 0 stars if possible, but it's not an option. We have given them business when we come to Rockford every time, but this time my wife didn't want anything and to just use the bathroom she is pregnant so obviously she has to pee a lot. The girl told her she if she wasn't a paying customer she could not use the restroom, which she pleaded that we always eat there but we just came from Freeport and had to desperately use the restroom... The lady said she didn't care, so my wife then said they let her last time, and she said well that was them and I wasn't here.... Beyond rude and unacceptable, considering the situation.... We will never come to this location again!

I got to Subway and the door was locked but people inside getting sandwiches made. I was able to get in when a customer was walking out. The worker was overwhelmed and there was a huge Doordash order. After burning 4mins of my break driving there then another 6mins standing in line, I went across the street to Taco Bell.The worker couldn't look up and make eye contact with anyone. She seemed miserable and I don't blame her. Management should've had at least 3 employees staffed during lunchtime. Go the extra mile and advertise that help is needed of that's the reason.

Wanted to call to talk to a supervisor but the phone is disconnected. I dont even want to type everything thats was wrong with my service today. The young lady was extremely slow as if she didnt want to be there or didn't know what shes doing. She also did not put the right meat on my sandwich. It took a total of 30 mins or more for both sandwiches. I wont be going back

If I could give it 0 stars I would this lady working the 9am shift refused to take my order because I wanted my Rotisserie sandwich toasted. I told her how in other subways I've never had a problem, if I could please change the sandwich then so she refused and said to leave the store. I hope corporate see this review! She was super unprofessional, told me to leave because she wasn't going to service me and my extra needs! It's sad that subway has employees like these so lazy and rude! I asked for he name she refused!9/11/2021 at 9am
