I refuse to go to any other taco bell in Rockford, they always make my food so good ?. When they have the nacho fries they szn it more than any other taco bell, Good ratio for meat+lettuce. Love it so much forreal.
Cost too much for a huge tortilla with maybe 3 teaspoons of filling in the burrito.

I got two burritos from the drive thru, (8:10pm on march 2). Both burritos looked like they had been stepped on - they were completely flat, I legit thought they gave me a crunchwrap - and the cheesy bean and rice one had a bunch of crunchy/raw rice making it inedible, had to throw it away. The other was poorly assembled/flattened and was mostly the wrap. Ingredients were lopsided.The person at the window was not friendly, didn't tell me my total when she took and charged my card, and didn't ask about sauce but just threw in a handful of packets (but not the ones I wanted).Pretty fast from order to pickup, which would be good if the food wasn't half inedible.I won't visit this location again.

Never have food and the store was open but never got asked what we wanted at the drive through. Several cars left the drive thru without anyone acknowledging them. Including us.

definitely go to another Taco Bell. I had five employees look at me and completely ignore me before I had to flag someone down for my pick up order, which was not placed on the shelves as it should have been. The staff here barely pays attention, and just seem to not care. Not only is this bad customer service but not greeting customers when they walk in the door is a huge risk for a robbery. I have been here several times, and it is always the same thing.

Definitely go to the other taco bell. I went through the drive thru and asked for extra fire sauce and she said no, then the food they served was cold. I have had nothing but problems going here. Take the extra minute or 2 to drive to the taco bell on perryville.

Hey look this is one of the best Taco bells I've ever been at they treat you with respect they care about your order everything comes out hot ready to eat I would recommend this place if you're in love for Taco
It took over 20 mins to get my food, they had my order wrong, the lady’s working there were just throwing the food on the counter, and helping drive though for over 20 mins before starting my food, and being rude. I will be contacting a manager!

They ran out of utensils! However, they didn't bother to tell us that when one of us ordered a salad. Gracious me. Talk about incompetent! Seating area hadn't been swept or tables cleaned. Not friendly. Had to stand at counter and yell to get someone to serve you/ assist you... even though they could clearly see you. Would not recommend. Will not return.
