Customer service sucks, food is terrible. Mask are forced. No one at the front counter when you walk in. SSLOWWWWWWW service. Food was not good at all, taste like soap, I will never return.

I love me some potato ole'! Tacos are pretty good too. Nothing special or snazzy, just a simple good crunchy taco. Not into the soft shell, but they have a nice variety to chose from. I think they are better than Taco Bell big time

I'm saddened. I used to go to the taco john's in champaign near the u of I. They had the best spicy fries, which actually weren't on the corporate menu but nevertheless were divine. So I have a soft spot in my heart for tj's. So I went here, excited to try some tj's once again. I got three beef tacos- the little ones, for $1.59. They were uninspired. Furthermore, their sauces are terrible. Completely unauthentic and they just don't taste good. And, if you are gluten sensitive then never you mind tj's. Almost everything has wheat in it. Very few corn options. I got three hard-shell tacos and if I recall correctly they are made with some wheat, though I could be wrong. Anyway, I could eat there, but my daughter can't. Haven't they heard of soft corn tortillas? They're delish. Writing this, I wish tj's all the best. But being a B grade imitation of Taco Bell (who are but no means laudable in the first place), is not attractive to me. Color me disappointed.

Staff was polite, quick, and the chicken tacos were amazing. I have never eaten here-but needed a fast lunch. I was completely surprised by how good the food was.

Staff very rude - ordered in drive thru and they gave me the wrong drink. When I went inside to get the correct drink, the African American female was very rude and yelled at me telling me the lobby is closed. When I explained why I was there, rather than apologizing, she continued to be rude to me.
