Horrible place! I ordered the burnt ends, skillet cornbread and the bbq pork plater. OMG the burnt ends where inedible! I mean burnt to almost charcoal( has happend another time as well). Th cornbread skillet used to be round now they give you 4 small pieces from a pan they made hours or days earlier (dry dry dry). DONT GO HERE!

Stumbled across this Gem of a place!! Rebecca was my server. She definetly over achieved the service. Attentive and described the items in detail. Recommended some items from the menu and did a great job to assist. I definetly recommend this place, food was fantastic but definitely service makes it a great experience!

If I had a taste for barbecue and my father couldn't smoke or grill it, I would go to Smokey Bones. The flavor is good. The chicken wings are good as well. Why did I give it three stars: it's a chain and chain restaurants are not five star quality. You won't be disappointed with the food or service at Smokey Bones.

The donuts are really good. They reminded me of a cider mill to be honest. Mac and cheese was decent. Service was good. Nothing to die for but not bad.

I ordered the new baby back-ribs without sauce to go. Sure enough, when I get home I find they have sauce on them. I wipe off as much as I could and try them. There was no smoke flavor on the ribs at all! I don't believe they were grilled. They tasted like they were baked. They also did not taste fresh. They did not remove the membrane from the ribs, quite amateurish. There was not a lot of meat on the ribs, and that's what baby-back ribs are about. I won't be going back there again.

Nice atmosphere, clean, spacious. Attentive service and good BBQ. I'm not a big fan of fried foods; however, I highly recommend the fried pickles. Perfect crunch, thick sliced pickles. Pork belly appetizers were delicious, a little spicy.. a perfect bite.Appreciate that the manager stopped by. I don't see that often anymore. Will definitely return!

The parking is free, convenient and plentiful with several handicap spaces right at the restaurant. Getting into the restaurant if in a wheelchair or using assistive devices might be difficult as the doors are very heavy. I have been there twice in 2 weeks with different people. The one consistent thing is the servers are spread very thin so it is difficult for them to keep up. The first visit our server was nice enough but was not very good at keeping up with her tables we had to wait for very long stretches no matter what we needed. It appears that at the start of the day they have one server for each side of the building. Both times most of the food was good however some was on the overdone side so those dishes were dried out. The baked beans are very good not to spicy but not overly sweet. The pretzels the second time were over cooked and hard.

My son highly recommended this restaurant so my friend and I tried it. HUGE menu to choose from. We both shared the best appetizers ever! The Thai pork bellies and the cornbread were fantastic. However the entree' was horrible. Both of us ordered the Poutine which is so great normally. If you don't know what it is, it comes from Canada. It's french fries, cheese curds, onions and some type of meat with a brown gravy over it. That is traditional Poutine. This came with melted cheese all over it and absolutely no gravy whatsoever. I asked for gravy which they did bring. However I put a for in it to get a fry and the entire bowl of food came up with it! It was nothing but a bunch of food smothered in cheese and disgusting. I told the waitress that it was made wrong and just got a response of "oh". If we go back it will only be for the appetizers! Neither of us plan on going back anytime soon for sure.

Beautiful facade, beautiful interior.I arrived about 11:20am on a Tuesday, the parking lot was empty, except for 1 vehicle. Waiting, I doubled checked the hours. Ok, 11am opening.I went up to the doors about 11:30, still wondering if the website has not been updated. Open!Checked in and noted there was in fact 1 customer, sitting alone at a large table, clearly waiting for a large group. She sat me, as a single diner in booth directly next to this impending luncheon party. I'm leaving about 12:15; while my meal arrived quickly, I ordered a baked potato and salad, it took awhile for the server to attend to the large party, by time she was able to check on me, it was time to leave.My meal, while quick, the potato was over cooked and the bbq pork was very dry. Since there appeared to only be one server, I dealt with the lackluster meal, then waited until the server was able to present the bill, as mentioned, she had a fairly large party she had been attending to.I have heard fantastic reviews on the food, so I'm disappointed that it was not up to par of those I know.

I placed my order through a delivery service. I ordered 2combo meals of a sandwich, fries and drink. I added 2 more sandwiches and 2 more fries. The only thing they got right were the fries. All 4 sandwiches were made wrong and they did not send the drinks with the driver.

We tried SB when it first opened and the service was absolutely horrible and the food was cold and just not good. Decided to try it again a year later, and walked into a half empty restaurant on a saturday night. Ordered brisket and was disappointed. The meat was not even warm, and it was not tender at all. Flavor was not smoky. I may be a harsh critic, as I smoke brisket at home and honestly blow these guys away with my Traeger. If it isnt tender, it isnt worth eating, and this was just chewey. Always give a place two chances, and neither were very good.
