Smoothies and the bowls are good, but the wait time is crazy! I had to stop going on lunch because it takes over 20 mins in the drive thru for 1 smoothie.

No fresh bowls. They sell just frozen products. U need 30min minimum to enjoy the frozen bowls. They are rude when u give feedback about it..Buy it from groceries is much better quality.

I love their Detox Island Green and Island Green smoothies! They're not too runny or too thick. They are just right!I have only been there two times, but the staff were friendly, and the service was prompt. The only issue I had with my second visit was that the smoothie had too many ice chunks in it. That really took away from me, fully enjoying the smoothie.Maybe next time, I'll request that it be fully blended so as not to have many ice chunks.Overall, it's a good experience. I'll update the experience of my next visit.

I saw the prior reviews and was there at the same time as the woman who said cloe was rude, i visit almost daily actually and i have nothing but positive things to say! i am always treated promptly and am always treated with kindness. she was not mocking anybody, in fact, she was quite kind. i could tell she was frustrated and definitely wanted to say something but she held back! More than i would have! In other words, the service is amazing. so long as you treat them with an ounce of humanity and respect.

Fire Chole!!!! She is rude and refused to give me the GM's information or corporates number. I received smoothies that were just ice and Banana. Was not blended right!!! You forgot my straws!!! Absolutely disgusting ?

Ordered a chia banana boost Xtra peanutbutter can even drink it! Never had a Smoothie this bad from tropical ever. It's literally all ice and oat! Don't even taste the peanutbutter which you pay extra for! Waste of 10$ this location is really lacking ?

Chloe the “manager” was incredibly rude and disrespectful. The first sandwich was cold and had hard avocado on it. We brought it up to a wonderful employee who happily helped to get the sandwich remade. He told me the sandwich was ok to throw out. The manager Chloe came over to make sure we weren’t “stealing” the first sandwich as “you aren’t allowed to have two.” The second sandwich Chloe made was thrown down in front of me and so full of sauce it was inedible. When asked to speak to the manager, Chloe refused to process my refund, refused to provide an alternative phone number to discuss it with someone else, and every attempt to discuss the situation ended with her mocking my voice and saying there was nothing wrong with my first sandwich or my second so she refused to remake a third sandwich. Hopefully someone who isn’t into mocking customers and accusing them of stealing will be able to resolve the issue.

I never have a problem with any other tropical smoothie locations in the suburbs, but this location in Rockford is terrible. Every time I go I get trapped in their drive through for 30 - 45 minutes and when you ask them why you had to wait so long when you finally get to the window, the manager will say something like “ oh I was busy I don’t even know what’s going on right now”The smoothies are good but the Rockford location is trash and needs better management for-sure. This is supposed to be a place for a quick stop on the way to work but you can’t even do that without them making you extremely late.

I come here all the time and the drive thru is typically very slow however today was ridiculous. No one was in line and it didn't look like anyone was even in the restaurant. I paid then waited almost 15 minutes to get my smoothie... how does it take 15 minutes to make one smoothie?

My husband placed a mobil order for his smoothie on a Thursday morning around 7:40am. (online hours say open at 7:00AM). When he showed up around 7:50, the lights were off and the doors were locked. It was a very frustrating way to start off a work day and led to missed breakfast and late arrival to work.I would suggest they change their hours online, or change the mobil order settings to not allow an order to be placed if there is no one there to prepare it.
