Terrible service and very incompetent whether the order is simple or not they always seem to mess up. The drinks are watered down with little to no flavoring. When they do mess up they screw it up a second time and waste your time further with no consideration for the customer. Would highly recommend not wasting your time or money here.

You should just put money on the counter and ask them for whatever they plan to give you I have been there a few times and every time I have went to this store the order has been wrong every time I went there. Then when you call, they ask you "What do you want them to do about it" Just drive to one of the other ones in town might be a drive but worth it. They have no customer service skills. Sad when the food is good when they get the order right but you're over going because of the staff. I get you don't greet people with smiles anymore but at least get my food right.

I was at your Wendy's location on Riverside and Mulford in Rockford Illinois, I decided to stop at your restaurant after seeing all the advertising on TV and purchased two breakfast sandwiches, but when I got home and bit down into the sandwich I felt something stringing and I Spit my food out and it was a long long long long piece of hair , it was gross and I decided to never go back to your restaurant again, but that wasn't the First time I found something in my Breakfast. Sandwich at your restaurant before but I decided to give it another chance. The first time it was egg Shells in my sandwich, but now I'm done .

I'm uncertain why this Wendy's has a menu board in the drive-thru - the likelihood of getting a correct order is roughly the same as winning more than $2 on a scratch-off lottery ticket.

I don't eat at Wendy's to often but when I do I like the Riverside/Mulford location. They make the burgers like in the old days. They have never errored on an order either. I appreciate that. Good food, good service.
