Huge disappointment in the service and quality killed this place for me. The ice cream is more hype than substance and does not taste any different than commercially available stuff.Locals love it, and you can understand why based on the sad towns in the surrounding areas.

Tastiest homemade ice cream in the area. Totally worth the visit! The place has many options and switches their flavors. Sometimes the line can be a bit long but they usually are quick with service

Lovely ladies that tend to work here and can't beat an ice cream shop open during the "off" season! Ice cream should always be an all year round treat.

Cute spot with a nice menu. I was a little disappointed that after I placed my order for a Hot Fudge Banana sundae they informed me they were out of bananas, but the Muddy Buddy Brownie sundae was an excellent replacement!

I’ve been going to the Dairyhaus for as long as I can remember— probably going back to the mid 80s or so! I love this place! The customer service is world class. Brent, the owner, is the man! His friendly and kind heart goes a long ways! This place shouldn’t get a 4.6 rating— this place deserves a 5 star rating— in my opinion! Again— I love this place!

One of our favorite places to go. Never had a bad flavor and the flavors are always rotating so always something new to try!

Good homemade stuff. Prices have increased significantly. Such is life. Only issue I have is how much they charge for soft serve. It is the cheapest thing to make. I shouldn’t be paying $10 for 2 medium cones. I’d rather just go to dairy ripple or sips’n’sprinkles, better priced and portions.

I'm known to travel far and wide for home made ice cream. Dairy hay's is in the middle of Rockton, a quaint town with tons of antebellum homes (from what I can tell). Excellent quality. It adds 20 minutes to a trip I make frequently, but I'd gladly travel 45 minutes to visit. It's just another way to measure. Try it any time you're near Rockford. Scoops are quite generous.

Always a great experience here. Try the chocolate dipped homemade waffle cone. Amazing!!

Love the ice cream. Wish they had seating where you are not bothered by flies and bees though.
