Had my mother's 75th Birthday here & it was amazing. The food was amazing & they made sure to provide an amazing selection of delicious food!! I can't rave enough about it!! We will definitely use them again!! Thank you Sams for making her birthday so special!

I don't know where to start. The tablecloth was old, torn and expired. The sauce had zero taste other than canned tomatoes. You could taste the acidity and the can. Not sure if anyone has ever used spices. The employee breakroom table was in the dining area. The waitress was very eager to take our order but never really checked back after the calzone arrived. I did get a soda refill. The calzone was massive which was very good for sharing. Meatballs also lacked flavor. It had been close to 10 years since my date had dined here...she was expecting it to be different but the only thing different was her companion. Why so much American cheese?Really disappointed overall. Tasteless sauce and meatballs are unacceptable with so many options available that are premade.Call in a pizza expert. Your current supplier isn't working and they have no sense of taste. Or maybe it is time for a new cook who isn't yelling the entire time.

My son and I went for a late dinner. We were the only ones in the restaurant it was very nice. We ordered pizza and by surprise it was amazing we ordered thin crust. The ingredients were all fresh! I think we may have found our place for pizza. Waitress was amazing.

Ordered baked mostaccoli and pizza, pizza was raw and the baked pasta smelled sooo bad like rotten cheese. I have never had bad food from Sam’s nor any other issues but they were def off their game tonight! Very disappointed!

If I could give less than one star i would!! Long story short was told 25 minutes for pick up and it was closer to an hour. Which I am understanding of circumstances but.. but when you pay $70 for dinner wait an hour and get it home to cold food with soggy bread it definitely had been sitting a while. I called and was hung up on by the owner because I told him I shouldn’t have to microwave my $70 dinner. He could have just made things right and I would have been happy to return but now NEVER again and I am spreading the word!!! No customer should be hung up on especially a regular!

We ended up ordering out a few nights ago. We received our food on time and everything was fine until opening the food. The food didn't smell or taste right, and me and my mother ended up with food poisoning. We ended up calling Sam's and notifying them that there was something wrong with the food. I've been eating Sam's for years and this was the first and probably the worst experiences.
