Ordered a chocolate shake to go and it was more like chocolate milk.....not thick at all.....they don't know what they are doing!!

I go here quite often with my kids. Service is always great. People behind counter are pleasant and nice to customers. Never had any problems. Sometimes even get a free donut. My kids and I love it. There is also a nice park to hang out in the back of the plaza.

We’ve tried this place a few times over a couple years. Each time, someone in our family gets food poisoning. You’re better off going to the nearby grocery store and buying ice cream there.

This is just terrible. And it wasn’t just one time occurrence, the 3rd time here was my last. I thought l, maybe, I didn’t get lucky with the shift, but it seems they don’t have any competent people working there. The place is nasty, bathrooms filthy, the staff knows nothing about their inventory and pays zero attention to customer’s request.

Unfortunately this Baskin-Robbins in Rolling Meadows is as bad as all the other reviews. We gave this location a shot because they had the "cake ready in 24 hours" designation even though it's farther than a couple other locations. We ordered the classic Oreo cake and instead got something that looks like a 10 year old decorated it! It's embarrassing to serve. They should be ashamed of themselves!! Fail!

0 stars if I could. We waited forever while the guy working there saw us and refused to serve us, he hid in the back. My boyfriend warned me he’s walked out of this one every time, now I see why. Don’t waste your time! Pathetic, complete lack of service.

2019 3* Used to love it here. But it has lost its charm a few years back. Malts are not good. Shakes are ok. In general, nothing special.

Normally I have no issues with this location until I recently went there and had a sundae made by Armando. He's nice BUT the boy (he's a teenager) can NOT make a sundae. He put the ice cream then the hot fudge then whip cream then more hot fudge (which i didn't ask for) on the whip cream which f****** melting all the whip cream instantly. Then he get the hot fudge all over the outside of my bowl, so it now a messy sticky bowl of melted crap!!!! I asked him to put another bowl on it and he says "oh it's ok I'll wipe it". He then proceeds to hand me a bowl that he wiped and is sticky all over because his wiping really was just let's make it sticky all the way around. I told him again to give me another bowl and he finally did. By the time I got from inside the store to my car right outside it was like a f****** bowl of milk. If you go in here, don't let him make your sundae. Somebody in the store if you see this .... Train him!!!

Horrible location. I ordered 2 scoops on a regular plain cone. She hands me it in a cup. I repeated, that I cared for a regular plain standard conE. She looks at the counter, lost, and said "we don't have that." even though Im looking RIGHT AT them. After she figured it out, she hands me the 2 smallest scoops Ive ever seen in my life. It's barely even the size of a single scoop at other locations. And there's NO graham cracker in it (Beach day flavor) its supposed to be full of them. NONE. Cause it was the side scrapings of the tub, so it didn't even take like it was supposed to it tasted like frost (if you know what I mean). I mentioned it to her and she just stared at me like I was speaking jibberish. And since the 2nd "scoop" wasnt even pressed onto the bottom scoop, it fell off as soon as I went to take a bite. Save your money and go to a different location.

There were no customers there. Asked for a 2 scoop sundae with world class chocolate scoops. Gave me vanilla. I was in the drive through and got home and discovered vanilla. I hate vanilla. I'm only posting this because it's a simple request and would have meant the world to me. They also got rid of peanut butter and chocolate ice cream. Not going back. For lots of reasons.
