The reason for the 3-star rating was service. We went on a weeknight (a Thursday I think) and were greeted, less than warmly, by the host(ess) stand. Once we were seated at the bar, the bartender was very slow. In her defense, she was new and making a drink she wasn't familiar with. Still, it took at least 10 minutes for one drink and there were only two other customers, drinking beer, who didn't require service. There was also only one food menu offered. Granted, the menu is available online and there were QR codes to scan, a physical menu was much easier to use given the variety of the menu. Food was tasty!

The Italian Beef Egg Rolls were my favorite part of the meal. The burger was okay. My wife got the fish tacos, which I also liked. You definitely also want to get the crispy Brussels Sprouts. Overall really good place for food, and great service.

Four of us got here around 11-1130am, we sat at the bar, seats were great and the bartender had a great personality. The selection of tap beers are great. The food and service was very good. Prices are comparable to almost every where you go. The food was great. Pizza is about a 12inch size. Burgers, especially the Bull dog one, was great. the only thing I have to say negative, is the menu on the web, the owner has to bring it up to date, or he's going to have problems.( The menu is out of date)I would go there again. Got a good bunch of employees, keep em, hard to find. If you don't want to sit inside, they got plenty of room outside.Parking: Plenty of parking and handicap parkingWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for a walker and wheelchair.

Bulldog is a great bar and grill option. I ate a burger and had some nachos for the table. Both were solid food and fair price. The service was super attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was solid and clean. Definitely a solid choose if you’re looking for a bar and grill vibe.

Everyone had something differnt and though it was good. Food came out fast and fresh. cocktails were good as well. The server never cleared any of our plates even when we were all done and trying to pay the tab. Overall good dinner

Would have put a star for food however, my family and I were seated and then completely ignored. The place was practically empty. Couples and groups came in after us and were given water and menus and had their food and drinks served. We waited for about 45 minutes before we just decided to leave. We were not even given menus. Front desk folks just stared and said nothing. It was almost like they didn't want us there. If my kids weren't so hungry, I wouldn't have given them the satisfaction of leaving. Super unfortunate because we generally enjoy our meals here but after the treatment we recieved, never again. We drove up to Cityworks and happily shared a meal together. Never again.

Ohh how the mighty have fallen. At one point this place was the best bar chain in the northern burbs, now they are an afterthought. Large server turnaround, inconsistent food, and management that is rude have been my experiences over the last year or two. It seems like the owner has decided, like many companies, that profit matters over keeping consumers happy. If you want a beer, or good food, there are much better options in the area.

Sadly the food in my opinion was really bad. How can you ruin a caprese sandwich with chicken. The bread and chicken were so dry I could barely swallow it. It takes a lot for me to rate a restaurant bad but this place really needs improvement,

SO YUMMY. I've been dying for a good French dip, and I found it here. Bulldog Ale House doesn't look like much from the outside. The colors are kind of dreary, but the inside is nice and clean. The service was good. The food was delicious. They have a big menu, so I'll definitely be returning to try another dish. Highly recommend to check it out.

This place used to be good, and had good specials, not anymore... they make up random rules that conflict with what their menu says and most of the time they "forget" to add your loyalty points to your account. I had ordered food from the Roselle location, but it had apparently shut down that day, but still charged my card and repeated emails to the company remain unanswered!.... there are much better places around....

The hours of the restaurant closes at 11 pm and my group walks in at 930 pm. The waiter/ host says "kitchens closing soon so hurry up" in a very rude manner.Meanwhile others guests are coming in expecting to be served as well. Definitely not coming back here again.

We walked in with a group of 10. Was told by the host to "hurry up and order" I get it, kitchen was probably closing but he could of handled it in a more professional manner. Horrible way to greet customers.
