Placed a mobile order. Tracker did not move after 50 minutes. The store was not picking up, so I was unable to ask about the order or cancel. I finally had to call JJ's customer service to get my order cancelled. Incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.

Another chain that has gone down the drain. I did not enjoy my $13 lettuce sandwich. I eventually noticed some meat in there but it wasn't easy to spot. It's too bad because Jimmy John's used to be good when the actually put a decent amount of meat on their sandwiches. I think a lot of these chains just take for granted people will keep coming back based off their name, or maybe habit, and have sacrificed their quality because of it.

They're open again!!!! Everyone I have been waiting 2 years for this! Creeping from next door and they did not disappoint! Super amazing and a great welcome when I walked in the door! Super fast! I think I was still paying when my order was finished! Welcome back guys you were missed!

Made an order on the app. Went inside to do the pickup but I do like the "pickup window". Staff inside were great. Inside was clean. I ordered the chicken philly sandwich and it smelled good. Eating it seemed a little dry but I was hungry and it was tasty. My biggest complaint is the bread. I remember why I don't go to jersey Mike's and it's because of their bread. If I could go to JJ's and get this sandwich it'd probably be a 8. Nothing against this location or the staff, I just can't get past the weak bread.

Deliveries take longer and if you try to cancel they charge you without a warning !!! They didn't answer their phone I ordered trough Uber and were not able to do anting to get my refund if you went to waste money and time yea go ahead order JJ!!

Whar kind of hours are they keeping?Same goes for the Arlington Heights location on Dunton, their ad says Monday-Saturday until 9pm, they closed at 7pm, no notice, no sign....just 2 jerks inside laughing at people knocking to get service.
