Dmitriana was the star of this place from bringing us tasters to make the visit extra special! The black cherry and espresso caramel chip were wonderful! The place is kept really clean and will be back when the weather is warmer as eating ice cream during winter is not really my thing.

I recently visited this ice cream shop and had a fantastic experience. The ambience was delightful, offering a spacious layout and great lighting. The ice cream was not only tasty but served in a charming setting. A unique touch was the availability of chess boards, adding a fun element to the visit. The staff were friendly and contributed to an overall enjoyable time. Highly recommend!

Absolutely awful first experience and will never go back. Friends and I ordered ice cream and milkshakes. 2 of my friends got their scoops of ice cream pretty quickly. 20 mins went by still no milkshakes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt they were busy and looked like high school kids running the show. Went up to the counter to ask about the milkshakes…. No explanation, no sorry, nothing. The kids just started making the milkshake while complaining to another kid. I went to go sit down and wait for them. We did dine - in and had a number at the table for them to bring the milkshakes. He screams out loud the milkshakes are done when he’s suppose to bring them to the table. I’m 8 months pregnant and walk my way up to get the milkshakes aggravated. A sorry or explanation would have been acceptable… will never go back.

Lived in Chicagoland for 40+ years and have enjoyed Oberweis innumerable times before moving West. Currently on vacation here and the Schaumburg Oberweis was outstanding earlier in the week. However, the Rolling Meadows store was a nightmare... For what you charge for these shakes, you should reconsider how that staff differentiates between a shake and chocolate milk so that your consumers will keep coming back. We may give Schaumburg another whirl due to brand loyalty but who knows?
