Do Not order from this location. The food is dry nasty and poorly prepared. They never answered the phone when I tried to call in reference to my order. Sevice sucks customer service sucks. This is a disgrace to the Pizza Hut Brand. Tried to place an order for delivery the app switched it to carryout. Horrible food you better off ordering Dominoes.

The pizza was okay, a little dry. But the chicken Alfredo past was burnt from the bottom. Had to throw out the entire thing not eatable. Pizza Hut has not refunded me my money or done anything about it. But I’m never buying any of their pastas again.

The food is old. Look at these breadsticks. The honey BBQ wings, don’t even have BBQ sauce on them. Everything looks DRY AF & IS DRY AF! I tried to call and complain but of course no one is answering the phone. When I picked up my pizza , they were blasting music wit every other word being “****** I would’ve dealt with that, if my order was right. But you can tell they put the least amount of effort as possible & I’ll never be going back

Chris went above and beyond at 7PM on 2/19/23. I’m an UberEats driver, and a driver previously assigned to the order probably stole the food :/ He remade the order for me and the customer. I had no problem waiting. Thanks Chris! I’ll be back to use my coupon I got in the mail.

I haven't had a Pizza Hut pizza in years. I tried to order from my usual spot, no answer, yes I know it's New Year's day. So I called Pizza Hut, the pizza was delivered on time and it was hot and delicious. I'll do this again.

Poor service all around. They left my pizza at my front door, never rang my door bell. I tried to call the store multiple time no answer at all. If you at thinking of ordering Pizza Hut order from a different location. Des Plaines location has much better service.

I have never received breadsticks flat like a napkin before in my life from pizza hut. I can't believe they packaged three sets of incredibly unappetizing product. It is our first time ordering from this location and after my conversation with the manager David, we will never order from here again. This is a photo of the breadsticks upon tearing open the bag longways.

We ordered the big diner box and it came with wings but they where chicken nuggets and it was an 8 peace wings and there was only 6 so yea and there was a lot more bread then the actual pizza

Would give 0 stars if I could! I don't write reviews, however this Pizza Hut location is so horrible I have to. Ordered delivery and it said 40-50 minutes. Hour and a half goes by, so I call to see where it is, very politely. I'm immediately screamed at by the girl on the phone saying I put in the address for an "abandoned building"??? and that it was MY FAULT my pizza did not show up and that my order was cancelled. I stated to her that my address is 100% correct, and that was a completely nonsense excuse and nobody ever rang my doorbell or even attempted to call me like a normal delivery driver. She immediately hung up on me and when I called back she started crying saying it was my fault and that I was screaming at her (not true) and to never call back to the location. Clearly they made 0 attempt to actually deliver my food, and then screamed at me like it was my fault when in fact they are simply lazy with horrible customer service and horrible employees that treat customers like garbage. Pizza Hut should be embarrassed to have their name attached to this location - I reached out to corporate encouraging them to listen to the phone calls. Never order from here unless you want the girl working to berate you and cry because she tried to lie to you and you called her out!
