Service is Terrible no accommodations what so ever the manager tonight 4.2.2024 @730pm. Couldn't even give an option for all flats and that it's not a request that can be Givin. But I always order all flats. The manager definitely dropped the ball today. They where rude and it's a Tuesday night come on it's not even busy. 80 dollar order for one person and I can't even get all flats cause ur in a pissy mood.

Ordered BOGO boneless wings online for pickup. Food was ready and still hot. Will definitely order again.Parking: Huge parking lot in front.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kid friendly food options and lots of sports to watch on the tvs.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking spots in front. No automatic doors at entrance. Could easily pull a wheelchair up to a table when dining.

I ordered wings for me and my family on New Year’s Eve and they didn’t give me what I ordered, I ordered 12 hot and 12 barbecue wings and they only gave me 6 barbecue wings I called and told them and they said come back to the restaurant and they was gonna correct the problem, I went up there and they gave me the bag, I didn’t open it because I just knew they was gonna have my order right, I got home they gave me extra wings which was 12 wings but only 4 were barbecue and the rest hot, I don’t know if they ran out of barbecue that night but what ever the case may be they just didn’t get my order right and I still had very little barbecue wings to eat.Parking: They just don’t give you what you order

Honestly, I don’t do a lot of reviews at all. This may actually be my first. SMH. But sometimes it’s just necessary. I understand having to ask for my ID although I’m almost 40, but it’s the energy and way in which you communicate with people that makes the difference. That stern it is what is is attitude isn’t necessary. Definitely going to grab the ID. I get it. But Not only was the bartender Caesar rude from the beginning, he only got worse when confronted. After I run back out to my truck to get my ID I then ask for a menu so I can order. He hands me a menu that didn’t seem to have many, if any drink options at all. I ask “is this everything” he answers yes. That’s the menu. After looking over and over the menu and realizing this can’t be the only menu I finally ask him “do you have a larger selection or menu for drinks”His response, “oh, yes, here is the other menu” then grabs the menu and slides it on the counter without a word. So when he comes back I was like “hey, what’s the deal, I ask you for a menu you give me a food only menu, I ask if that was it and you said yes. Only for me to have to ask again for another menu.Then he says “well, you ask for a food menu. No sir, I didn’t . And I also went back to grab my ID for you so I could order alcohol. Why wouldn’t you offer both menus from the beginning? “Well there is your menu. I’m like wow man, you are a trip. He then says “well if you want someone else to serve you I can make that happen” I’m like, “definitely”He then grabs Felicia who was suppose to be his manager or leader. Now I understand why he acts the way he does.I will never step foot in this establishment again. Thanks for one of the worse Customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The fact that it got worse with the manager clarifies everything.Well, after reading all the other reviews, at least they don’t seem to discriminate.
