I have to give them 1 star because a negative isn’t available. This place is just so disappointing and I’ve given this place several tries…with the same results…frustration!The area manager even reached out to me in the past but seems like things haven’t changed. Today was my last try and will never go there again. I went there at 9:10 pm and they are open until 10 pm. I ordered a burger meal and when I tried to order another burger meal, I was interrupted with…that was our last burger because we’ve shut everything off.Insert cricket sounds for a few seconds…didn’t know quite how to respond to that. Then I hear…will that complete your order…like I had a choice. I I just told them to cancel the order and drove offUmmmm…you’re open for another 50 minutes. I can understand if I tried to order at 9:55 pm. If you’re going to shut down early, you may want to lead with that, instead of asking what I’d like to order…knowing that you’re more than likely not going to be able to fulfill my order. I guess he was hoping I was just going to order ONE BURGER. ??‍♂️ Makes me wonder how long that burger has been sitting there since they already shut down before I got there. Good thing I’ll never know.

Ordered 2 Oreo Blasts (one for my son, one for me), and a small plain sundae. The speaker is malfunctioning, so it's hard for them to hear your order. No big deal.I waited in the drive thru (too cold to expect a car hop to bring it to your car). When I pulled up to the window to pay, the guy asked what I ordered. I told him, paid, and took my change. He turned around to grab one of the cups and put a lid on it. The lid fell on the floor. Instead of grabbing a new lid, he picked the lid up off the floor and put it on my cup - opened the window and handed it out towards me, melted ice cream dripping down the side of the cup.I asked if that lid just fell on the floor. "Yea, but not the cup." So that's gross. When I worked in food service, whatever hit the floor belonged to the floor - you NEVER serve floor items to a customer. He begrudgingly got a new lid and handed me the cup.That doesn't take away from the fact that it was on the floor. "The cup didn't fall on the floor." No, but the lid did, and that's gross. I'm not giving that to my kid. "FINE! I'll make you a new one!" He got upset, closed the window, talked about me to his coworkers, and made a new one.Sorry for the inconvenience, but don't put a contaminated lid on a cup and expect it to be no big deal. The way he just didn't care was so off-putting. Does he have a valid food handler card?Are burgers wrapped with a paper that fell on the floor? Are tater tots put in a container that fell on the floor? Are the food prep stations wiped down in a sanitary, ROR approved manner, or wiped down with the same rag used to wipe down high touch surfaces? So, so gross.I fully understand being short staffed and slammed, but I saw 3 employees inside, 1 outside at a car hop spot, and there was 1 car ahead of me and one behind me.

We have eaten here probably four or five times now since it's open. The food is always fresh. Dylan the manager is such a nice guy got a free ice cream from him the other night. Super super busy but super super courteous still. Started to pull away and he said let me give you a spoon for your ice cream. Love kids like this thank you Dylan

We ordered through the app. The app was glitchy and we couldn't check in. However, a young man was on top of things and came right out to check on us. Shortly thereafter our food was out and it was hot and fresh. Drinks were good and half price. No complaints!

Would rate a 0 if possible. Should’ve known it would be a bad experience when I kept seeing a male worker yelling out the side door at passerby. Ordered four items from the app, checked in at the stall, and waited 15 minutes before pressing the red button for assistance. No one answered, so after five mins of waiting for a response, I walked in. I told the cashier we’d been waiting for 20 mins for our app order, and she said they were closing. I reinforced how long we waited there and that we ordered through the app in advance. She said “I’m working on it.” So I went back to my car, and five mins later she walks out with the food. I say thank you multiple times, and she didn’t give acknowledgement. Just handed me the food, ignored me, and walked away. Got home to find out the order was wrong. Don’t waste your time here. You’ll wait way too long for either poorly cooked food, or a wrong order entirely.

The quality of most of the food items I ordered was poor. My honey bbq popcorn chicken had barely any sauce on them (the picture on the menu shows them completely covered). I give them 3 stars however because the slush was very good and so were the jalapeño poppers.

Currently sitting in the drive-thru. Running total on the time spent sitting is now over 30 minutes with only two cars in front of us. Could barely hear the person speaking at the menu and they obviously couldn’t hear us either because the order kept appearing wrong in the screen. Regretting my decision to want to grab a “quick” meal at sonic today.

Tried to get a quick snack about 15 minutes before they close which is not something I would normally ever do except when it’s one of the only things open. Me and the person I was with waited in the drive through for roughly 2 minutes before someone came on the drive through coms and said “one minute” sure didn’t think anything of it. Then 10 minutes have gone by and they are about to close. Absolutely ridiculous I wish they would have just told us “we’re not gonna take your order right now” instead of wasting our time.

First time at this sonics drive in and the service was real good and food was all made correctly we spent about 30 bucks for 2 meals, sides,shake : Ft long chicago style, cheese steak was delicious, cheddar peppers were super hot, fresh beware that they don't explode when when you bite into them the cheese may burn you. medium master shake oreo vanilla, tots, pretzel twist, blue berry slushy and peach slushy. Be sure to tip your car server!

Ordered a big Buford but instead got a double checker burger . wife ordered fully loaded fries and there was only enough fries to layer the bottom. Not worth $4. Over all not a good experience! Will mever go back!

Have gone a few times since i like checkers everytime i have gone they mess up my order. Last time i asked for 2 chillidogs and they didn't put any chilli sauce. I also asked for 2 orders of fries and gave me one order split in to 2. I tried to give them chances but im tired of me.
