I asked for a smoothie and expect it to be blended, she handed me 1/4 blended and all this for me to blend at home???? And I called and asked if they had the red velvet confetti cake; she said no which they indeedddd had them, multiple. She didn’t wanna be there and it showed. Horrible

Have been going here for quite some time. Last couple times we have been getting the large birthday cake remix and both times seems like they are nit picking on the toppings. I asked the employee to mix it well and asked if they only put one brownie in the large cup. He replied "ya we put one brownie in all of the sizes". Well I basically paid $10.00 for vanilla ice cream...........

I couldn’t enjoy my ice cream because of the freezer burn. Too many ice crystals throughout. The brownies mixed in were not fresh as they were tough to chew. My mom had cheesecake in hers and she said it was not fresh. The employees were nice ?
This place needs to GET cleaned more frequently. Love their ice-cream but is so disappointing if employees at front are not friendly #good mood. They will actually treat bad. You know, they are preparing your order like if you're asking for something free. Business actually keep floating from returning customers. What do you expect in return? At least an smiling face....

First time here and the place smells bad, the walls look yellow with stains, the waffle makers look like they have not been clean, the sink where the employee wash his hand look very dirty, the counter top where they mix the ice creams looks like they don't clean it at all and the way they serve thus ice cream seems like they don't care how it looks. Ice cream doesn't even look presentable . Well, look at the pictures they speak for them self. Never going back.
