Drive thru girl was a little rude. We said no mayo on chicken sandwiches, and she said, "I didn't mention mayo," when she listed stuff that comes on sandwiches. When we opened our sandwiches they had mayo.

I received a dry deluxe butter burger. Not happy ?
Nobody is perfect, everybody makes mistakes. I rar. when I do they always make it right and then some. This specific location is no exception. I received cheese on my burger when I asked for it without, called back and immediately received an answer and was told I could either have a free value basket voucher sent directly to my house or I could come back at my convenience and receive the correct order free of charge. I chose the second option and upon arrival and ordering, the general assistant manager Tony knew exactly what was wrong with my previous order and he wasn’t even the one I spoke to on the phone. He not only offered a large fry as opposed to the regular size one I had paid for, he also offered a concrete mixer in replacement of my drink and he even made it a large. When I got my correct order the food was fresh as always and everything was in place just as I ordered. I always have great customer experiences at every single Culver’s but this staff from the owner to managers, cashiers, cooks and so on all go above and beyond in every way.
Burger was ok…not significantly different than other fast food burgers.The concrete mixers are to die for!

So I'm from California now living in illinois, I heard on a YouTube short video that Culver's butter burger had ranked 1 in the nation, over the in and out double double. Now I don't think the double double is the best burger out there, Im a red robin Swiss bacon with fresh avocado person, but nevertheless, I had to try it out. I ordered the butter burger double cheese, I will admit it was nice and hot and the bread was soft but the burger was just OK. There was no distinct flavor or anything that made it stand out. The fries were also just basic. So again, it was OK but not number 1 and not better than the in and out double double.

The burgers are never thoroughly cooked. Are they in that much of a hurry, that they can finish cooking the meat? When you open the wrapper, the burgers are always a sloppy mess. The sauce is everywhere. Everything is to one side of the burger. Who wants to eat a mess like that? The food looks terrible. They take no care in preparing your food. They hire children and leave them to run the place. I use to like Culver's a lot. I stopped eating at McDonald's because of Culver's, but not anymore. The food has gone downhill. What happened to Culver's quality in their food and respect for the customers that patronize it?We pay a lot for their food and we receive it looking like something I would not feed my dog. And it's not just this one Culver's, it's all of them. Since Co-Vid happened, they've gotten really bad. I guess I'm going back to McDonald's. Real sad. SMH
