Good quality sandwiches, at reasonable prices Nice location, typical size with some indoor seating nice decor inside , on my visit enough staff that orders were prepared quickly,Jersey mikes is my *go to* place when I want a sub sandwich and their cheese steak sandwiches are also good

Check your sandwich before you leave. I am old school classic Phil’s sandwich no peppers. Clearly told the young lady today 12/08/2023 between 3:50 pm and 5 :00 pm, no peppers (digestive- diverticulitis ). She acknowledged and yet put it on the sandwich. Whoever the owner is this needs to be addressed. You do not want to open yourselves to a lawsuits. Have not had this issue at other locations.

I didn't think jersey mikes could be disgusting but this place proved me wrong. By far the worst sandwich I have ever had. I took one bite and threw it out I'm pretty confident the bread was days old it was super dry. The meat was slimy. Horrible. Don't waste ur time because on top of a garbage sandwich it took forever !!! Not even one star

This was my first time visiting a jersey Mike’s, honestly was not a good experience, I told the guy to out everything on my sandwich and he didn’t, he just ignored me.

Love my morning crew. Today I came in at 7 30 pm and requested to have fresh onions and at first the manager kind of made it seem difficult to do. Then I asked a couple more questions regarding how much meat was in my sandwich which was little then asked to have club 8 he took ham off my sandwich than put turkey on. You can tell He was trying to hold his composure but I could just sense his anger or as if I was irritating him so I asked to speak with the manager and he was the manager I just ended up walking out.
This store is always clean. Service is pleasant and efficient. Food is solid.

IT'S A SHORE THINGEveryone's got a favorite sub sandwich; mine happens to come from Jersey Mike's.This Romeoville J-Mike shares a building with a Panda Express on south Weber Rd, across from the Farm & Fleet. The storefront has a mosaic-like rock façade, a stylized touch that makes this place appear newer than it actually is. Employees were chipper and I got helped right away.Sandwich order was the usual: #2 regular on rosemary-parm bread, prepared "Mike's Way" with extra mayo & pepper relish ($8). I rarely get lunch combos anymore - at $2.79 for a fountain drink and $2.79 for a bag of chips, your cheap-ish lunch can quickly become $15!The kid at the register commented on how their hand scanner didn't work and wasn't sure when they'd be getting a new one, so I had to punch in a phone number to claim my loyalty points. I've said this before but their rewards program is way more generous than other places.As I was leaving, no fewer than a dozen people came into the sub shop all at once. Clearly, I grabbed my food at the perfect time before the lunch rush started and I'd have had to wait in line for a while. Showing up at 11:55am versus noon makes a world of difference, go figure.* TL;DR *Doesn't matter if the Jersey Mike's is in a lagoon or on the moon, I will seek them out (and seek them out soon).Their cold subs are strangely addictive, most are reasonably priced, and the pepper relish is a standout condiment. I still prefer J-Mike over the competition for a sandwich of the non-toasted variety (as far as hot subs go, the "wreck" @ Potbelly can't be beat).Happy to recommend, likely to return.
