Sat for over 20 minutes in the drive thru to find out they have one employee working both the drive thru and the inside counter. Still never received any food because my lunch break was over. Hire more employees. Garbage management. 0/5 stars.

Puts literally two pieces of meat on the sandwich. Never had such a horrible jimmy John’s sandwich and they claim it’s made to their policy ??? never been to a worse jimmy John’s location ever. Go really to any location but this one !

People, please never order food from here they take your money online and never send the food and the women is so sarcastic and don't have any education, so the fat lady there is so stupid when try to talk with the people .

I thought I'd drop a recent update for y'all... I went to this place 2 hours before close and didn't have any issues dining in! Me and my girlfriend were the only two people there and there were two teenagers working. Sandwiches were made fast, tasted good, and was pretty straight forward.

Well after 4 attempts I finally have had enough. From missing food items, over an hour for delivery, and waking my kids when I SPECIFICALLY typed leave at door over 4 times... I'm done. Worst JJ ever. Burnt bread, and now I can't even eat the food in peace because they woke my kid when they rang the bell and my idiot dogs barked. WHATS THE POINT. If I could give no starts I would !!

Worst experience today when I went in around 1pm and order a number 5 Vito and I specifically said to the guy NO oil onion or lettuce and what does he do he put all that on and cuts the sandwich. I said remake it and he remade it with attitude and proceed to make it wrong again then I said no remake it again and then he got it right and threw the sandwich bag at me and I walked out. Worst Jimmy johns ever don’t come here to these jerks.

I visit this Jimmy John's at least twice a week.I am also a club member . . .I Always order spicy Italian sub . Today I ordered it and it took like 2 minutes to make and when they handed it to me for some reason it looked very small and I questioned on how small it was. And the employee said no its the same size .So left and got home me and husband usually each eat a half when he opened it he even said why is it so little .It didn't even taste the same as it normally does . I don't like other sub places around so don't mind paying a little more for good sub sandwich I visit this Jimmy John's at least twice a week. Was very disappointed today. Hope it was just a bad day

worse jimmy johns ever. bread was hard as a rock. delivery took an hour +. the driver called me 4 times in a row when i specifically said to leave it at the door. terrible. never order from them. what happened to jimmy johns being freaky fast.
The employee at the counter dosen't listen. I ask for a sandwich the with the idems I want. And the employee says the sandwich comes other items and if I want them. No , I want the sandwich the way I asked for it.I'm done with this store . 2nd time this has happened. Jersey Mike's is down the street! Next sandwich I go there!

Romeoville JJ took an hour in a half to bring me the wrong sandwiches. They offered two free sandwiches at that location, they said all I had to do was give my phone number. The staff there did not give me a refund when I gave my number and told me that they didn’t work there when that happened so they couldn’t do anything. Pretty shady.

Ordered through Uber eats and the app said it’ll be at my location between 12:25 to 12:45. I called the restaurant the person who answered was rude as if I was bothering them. Sandwich was mediocre.. flat. Only like 2 pieces of Turkey on the sandwich. Not worth the money I spent.

Let's face it when you're extremely busy it's hard to take care of everybody on a timely manner but these guys manage to do it! And at the same time they're able to take the time out to notice you singlely and brighten up your day! Thank you Jimmy John's! And a special thank you to the wonderful individual that sent me this monster drink even though I couldn't afford it thank you so much!
