Great neighborhood. Lots of shopping and restaurants around there. Great place to live. Family friendly atmosphere. Open spaces, a park for kids to play and a walking path. Right off of Weber Road.

A ton of rules in the community making you feel like youre living in an apartment building. Whats the point of owning a home. Infraction for having a motorcycle carrier IN MY DRIVEWAY, cant park my tractor truck in my driveaay, cant park my box truck in my driveway, cant store anything next to my house, or behind it.i guess its the neighbours that complain about all of this.. and on top of this you get to spend about $700 in fees a year for these enforcements. Want a fence? Nope.

Staff is courteous, kind, an be very helpful. A plus is the pool that households who pay their HOA dues can use. The clubhouse is decorated beautifully inside. It's up to ALL residents to take care of it. Its great to have a place to hold a party at, simply by renting it.
