I have a 5 year old and one of his favorite things to do is to go eat McDonalds and play at the Play Place. I visit many McDonald's in the area with a Play Place regularly because of this. I visited this location 2x in 1 week. First time placed my order and explained I wanted to dine in. My order was rung up to go. I then asked the cashier if I could be given a number and they could bring my food to my table. At other locations I don't need to ask, they automatically give me a number. The cashier apologized and gave me a number. I went to the play area. 15 mins later someone brings my food and apologized for it taking so long. She said she had no idea I was waiting for my order, they had been calling my order number to pick up at the counter. Clearly, this location does not have the expectation to bring orders out to the dine in customers as other locations. While there I observed and never saw any orders being delivered to tables. I was there for 3 hours. Also, no one ever came and cleaned the seating area in the play place. When I started eating my sandwich about half way thru I noticed it was missing bacon. Which I ordered and paid extra for..I took my sandwich back to the counter and told the manager. She said she would need to charge me for the bacon. I explained that I already paid and showed her my receipt. Maybe I'm just more inclined to providing great customer service when I service others so I expected to get a new sandwich which I would've happily given the other one back. But no, instead she handed me a side of cold bacon in a container.. after all of this, said to myself maybe this was a one off bad experience. I understand things happen. Went back a week later, this time closer to closing time. Again was not given a number. I asked again for my order to be brought to me. I was a given a number. I had a heavy backpack with me and was given cups for my drinks. I'm now carrying my 2 drinks, backpack and number trying to open the door to proceed to the play place and wait for my order and a team member comes running behind me saying here is your order. How in the world was I supposed to carry all that? No tray, nothing. It defeated the point of receiving my order at my table. Lastly, when it was closing time, I watched a team member come to the play area to close it down. He didn't sweep a thing on the floor. Didnt wipe not any tables and they were all dirty. He just put the chairs on top of the tables. I'm sorry but Mcdonalds is a huge company and puts great attention it seems into creating processes for a good experience and atmosphere for its customers. It's unfortunate that those ideas are not carried out by the employees. Most of my interactions were with managers. I won't be back to this location. Will have to travel a bit further to either the Joliet location or Plainfield.

I ordered at front register 2 coffees. She never asked if I wanted HOT or COLD it was 27 degrees outside who wants an ice coffee? I wanted hot but received iced.I'm writing this review because it was utterly FILTHY in the whole dining room and I mean as far as your eyes took you in this restaurant! It looked like a dump in there and I literally watched the female workers including the MGR..fratenizing and speaking Spanish w.each other and people they knew walk thru door . Their only concern is the drive thru.I'll NEVER go back.Mainly because of the cleanliness of this establishment. Makes you wonder how it is in back.

HiKen threatened to call the cops on me for placing a mobile order. Not sure what his problem was. Extremely unprofessional. I would've reported to customer care but they don't open until 7 AM. He should be provided with customer service education to prevent his unprofessional behavior towards customers who are loyal, and supportive of McDonald's. I had to leave due to his aggressive behavior towards me.

There aren't a lot of places to get food made at night in that area. McDonald's is one of the few where you can drive through and grab some food. But it's not "fast" food, since the drive-thru line was all the way around the building. The staff was very nice once you actually got to them, but the wait in line took forever. Then again this is one of the few games in town late at night.

4:00 a bunch of kids running the place. As for a large fry with no salt, they had to make fries twice because somebody salted them. Chicken McNuggets were cool and basically hard. No large lids had to ask for

Ordered many Happy Meals for a specific time and they were ready right on time. The staff packed everything nicely and helped take them to the car.
