Everything was fine, except for the kiosk. Twice as I was making my way through the ordering process, I ran into a dead end with seemingly no way to move on to the next page. I had to go to the counter and ask for help. The supervisor tapped all over and finally got me through the order. Still not good. I still hate the kiosks.
Carmen was Amazing it is the first time I had a employee of a McDonald's take my tray and dump it. She is amazing with all the customers especially with the seniors that come in. In my opinion she need a raise and special recognition.If all employee's at McDonald's was like her it would make alot of people's day better.I ask a regular customer if she is always this sweet and he told me that sometimes sweeter if that is possible. We went there around 11pm around august 25th 2023. The person that took our order late night was polite and friendly.. he made sure we were satisfied with our order. We will come back he was amazing!
