I tried their pizza for the first time I found it was good but spicy. I rather have my pizza spicy only if I order it or decide to put spicy on it myself. I don't think spinach pizza should be spicy. The delivery cost was fair just like all the other pizza places but you won't have a $20 minimum for a delivery order like Dominos but I have never had a delivery guy tell me you can add a tip for me with your order when you sign for your credit card charge. I did pizza delivery and sometimes you just didn't get a tip, it depends on if you earned it or if the service and prices were fair. They do have good pizza deals on their website like coupons that you can apply to your order.

I always used to like Michael's pizza. Past few times however we've been really disappointed. Overcooked pizza and super dry. Almost no sauce whatsoever on it. If you try to reheat it on a hot pizza stone it becomes even more dry than what it already is and is like eating flavored cardboard. I don't like to leave bad reviews but this was a total waste of $50.

Still on the hunt for really great Chicago style pizza out here. I guess I'm more a tavern style type girl because while I like their sauce, (it's not sweet) this pizza was just a little too thick for my liking. I prefer a cracker thin pizza or at least a crispy bottom/crust. I also like just cheese and this had sausage but it wasn't my pizza. I took a look at the menu and I believe the only other style pizza they offer is a "deep dish " which I like but I have to be "in the mood" for all that! I would try again.

Very disappointed will never order from them again. We have ordered from here before and been disappointed so we finally decided to give it another try. That was a big mistake the crust is over cooked and burned in my book. Can't see why they would let it get that way somebody not watching the clock?? Would you like your pizza to come with crust like that??? And it wasn't worth the money.
I ordered a bbq Italian beef sandwich on garlic bread with cheese. I had to call it in and talk to Michael to order it.Sorry no pictures. We were hungry and devoured them. Everyone should treat themselves at least once.

Michael's used to be our Pizza of Choice but now their Pizza taste like a Frozen Pizza or from Pizza Hut. Don't know what they did to make it taste so blah!

So, the food was great. Service was the best I have had here (though it is usually very good).I had ordered online, and picked up the food, to find that the order had gone through wrong. I had ordered a family special with a meat pizza (multiple toppings), and when it went through, it went as a half cheese, half meat, pizzaThe worker said that this happens from time to time, but they would fix the mistake. They made me a full second pizza for the problem and I made a mental note to double check my order and call in if it goes through wrong.100% would recommend this place. Whenever family or friends from out of town come in, I go get pizza from this place. Worth it every time!
