Don’t waste your time. Tried to use their faulty app, paid and had it fail 5 times. So I went in and asked if they could honor the coupon the app was offering, and the man working inside has a very condescending and insulting tone saying no. He suggested it was an internet issue (guess my internet is good enough to leave a bad review in their parking lot), but didn’t care enough to take our business and order. So don’t bother, get some food literally anywhere else and you won’t have to deal with an employee who couldn’t bother to be somewhat friendly.

Tried to used my rewards to redeem a free mac n cheese through app. It’s a basic QR code in the app the employee needs to scan.Their response “we don’t do that here”It also looked like he took a picture of my credit card, so I called to cancel my card.Deceptive, rude, horrible employees who hate their lives.I guess I would hate my life too if I worked for popeyes

This the second time I've ordered here on a delivery app and I'm missing part of my order. This time no sides were given. Your workers are incompetent and just DO NOT care. This especially is horrible!! And the kids chicken tenders have bones in them! That's not safe to give to your child!
