Ambience is fantastic regulars always make you feel welcome and make you a part of the restaurants dining family. Oliva your host/server graciously attends to your every need and is in a word delightful. Food is well prepared and presentation is excellent. Tho Ruby's is in the opposite section of where I live I frequently pass other places and go out of my way to dine there. Please give Olivia a big Hello from me when dining at Ruby's ?

Ordered an Al pastor Torta n received some sort of pulled pork torta. Did not have any Al pastor flavor, super bland n was very sloppy. The horchata was amazing though!

Ruby's makes the best chicken burrito I've ever had. When I don't know what I want for dinner, I get Ruby's. Because you can't go wrong with a burrito and limonada after a long day.

Better than average Mexican fast food, I (and my wife!) impressed with the cleanliness of both kitchen and dining room. Always pleasant staff, usually one or more of the owners family smiling a greeting. Staff is fluent in English, a bonus I now take for granted. I love the burritos, and often have the costillas w nopale dinner- it's not on the regular menu but is very tasty comfort food!

We came up from West Virginia for a show and this place looked like just the kind of place we wanted for dinner on a Sunday night. We weren’t disappointed. If you shop the bins at the new Goodwill Outlet this is a great place to hit afterwards!

Ruby's is one of my favorite restaurants and been going to them since they've been opened. I live in Plainfield now but will take the drive for the food. The food is great, and they're not stingy on the portions either. Staff are always friendly and will always have friendly conversations with you while ordering.
