I am exhausted with spending my hard earned money at places that have to do. This is the second time I’ve visited this location. The first time they messed up my drink by not putting lemonade in it when I requested it and it tasted like water today I go in to get a sandwich with bacon on it and it looks like they pulled it directly out the package.

There are a lot of Starbucks I can go to, but after my experience on Monday, I’ll be going to this location ALWAYS! Not only were they speedy fast and order completely correct, but their customer experience was out of this world. Sarah handled taking my order and greeting me at the window. She was patient, kind, and SO FRIENDLY. It made such a difference. Usually drive through attendants want nothing more than the payment and giving you your order. However, Sarah kept the window open, asked about my weekend, we talked about our young kids, and she remembered my name when she handed me my order. The interaction made me feel really good and I definitely will be returning to this location whenever I can - and I hope to see Sarah!!

Very friendly baristas at this location and never a long wait to get your order unlike other Starbucks around here.
Honest review. Be careful if you order food from here, especially breakfast wraps. They don't look at it before they give it to you, it could be burnt, extremely hard and you might chip a tooth, they can care less. Of all the times I've frequented Starbucks during my travels, I've never ever had food handed to me inedible. The lady at the window was nice. But I just can't understand how you don't see something you prepared? Look at it before you serve the customer. It's that simple. Clearly it wasn't okay to give to the customer. Common sense Starbucks, you can do better. Especially spending $19 these days, in this country, that's a lot of money to just throw away.

Great service and the cold press (plus goodies) were perfect!We also purchased a bag of coffee, which he offered to grind without me asking. He was funny and we left happy!
They were playing chess when I was there. Lots of seats were taken. Staff was fun ... one Barista was even singing.Parking: It was busy so I parked on the end
